this company IS NOT an authorized DJI dealer,

This store presents itself as an authorized DJI dealer, which can be misleading for customers.

After contacting DJI Global directly, I received written confirmation that this company IS NOT an authorized DJI dealer, despite the claims made on their website and marketing materials.

Because of this, I reached out to clarify my order and product authenticity concerns. Unfortunately, the product I received was not in new condition and appeared to have been previously opened and used.

I also contacted their support team regarding this issue, but my messages were not properly addressed or resolved.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend verifying dealer authorization directly with DJI before making a purchase from this seller.

Above and beyond

The website was fairly easy to navigate, and the delivery was so fast. I was not sure I was going to get it in time for the event. I was hoping to have it for and you guys definitely stand on business when it comes to shipping. The product arrived, sealed, and completely as it should be. I have not yet activated and used it but more than likely will today.

Not a good deal

This is my fourth and last DJI drone. I was locked out from registering for two days. purchased mini 5 pro during mothers day sale and paid full price. (no discount). The RC-2 controller is impossible for me to read on a clear day, even with a sun shade. .it's simply not bright enough. I'd like to return it and get something else.

Do not use this company!!

Do not use this company!!! Ordered a drone with extended warranty and a few hours after ordering the warranty was canceled and refunded for no reason. Spent a week trying to get it re added apparently the only way is to return the product itself. This company is garbage order from B&H photo or even Walmart before this company.
