Horrible experience can’t even return two boxes without having to pay over 700 dollars to return. I already paid over 2 thousand to buy couches so you would hope they would help you with returning two unopened perfectly fine boxes back. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone have to wait over 24 hours for a response nobody to call but voicemail.

I ordered the Emry modular sleeper sofa in the ivory beige color and had a great overall experience. The delivery arrived quickly in multiple boxes. Although a few boxes and pieces were damaged during transit, customer service was very responsive and helpful—they arranged replacement parts right away and shipped them quickly. I really appreciate how smoothly and efficiently they resolved the issue. Overall, very happy with both the product and the service.

My couch arrived with the frame broken so the pull out part doesn't work properly. The problem is we bought the warranty and we can't reach anyone. The only response we are getting is from the shipper who wants us to contact belffin directly so now we have a broken couch. It seems as though nobody wants to get in contact with us to fix the problem. The couch itself is as expected but with a broken frame we can't use it as we wan. And a $300 in warranty protection down the drain.

I placed an order, expected ship date posted as 3 days later, 3 weeks later, no update. The order still hasn’t shipped. When I contacted customer service via email I got an AI response stating the couch I ordered was on back order which was the first I heard about this, they could not get me an anticipated ship date. They further asked if I could “wait a while” for my order to ship. I could not as we were moving from a furnished to unfurnished house. When I asked if they had anything that was ready to ship, they did not offer a solution and instead offered to cancel my order. This company relies upon viral social media marketing and does not actually have the products in stock to meet their shipping guarantees as advertised and posted on their website. Very disappointing experience.

The couch is no longer in stock. The foam is shit and no one at belfin will communicate with me on how to fix the foam in the couch less than 6 months old!!!
Just go to the furniture store (even amazon is better than this shit)

I never received my packages the delivered it to the wrong address and now they refuse to refund me my money do not order they will steal your items. I am so pissed as this is my first apartment for me and my family.

I recently ordered a sofa from Belffin, and I’m really happy with my purchase. The delivery took a little longer than expected, but everything arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged.

The sofa looks exactly like in the photos — modern, clean, and very stylish. The fabric feels durable and high quality, and the color matches my space perfectly. It really upgraded the look of my living room.

Assembly was easy and straightforward. The seating is on the firmer side, which I personally like because it feels supportive and seems like it will keep its shape over time.

Customer service was also helpful when I had a question about shipping.

It's very easy and intuitive to assemble, but of course there are instructions provided to make sure it's all correct. The fittings at the bottom really keep the sofa sturdy. There are velcro strips at the bottom to keep the seats in place. It's especially useful because each seat has storage space underneath. The velvet fabric feels soft and luxurious. We already have toddler germs on it so the removable covers are very convenient to throw in the washing machine. I love the design of the angled armrests, creating a modern look. I'm glad I ordered the 12 seater because it provides a lot of space for my family. We can rearrange it anyway we like, and even create 2 separate couches that can be placed in different rooms. The flexibily is great for the ever changing needs of my family.

I loved my new Belffin sectional it is perfect addition to my TV Room. It's so Comfortable and Soft and spacious! It arrived so quick and was so easy to assemble and the sleeper is great when you have extra guests!

I'm really happy with this sofa. It's very comfortable and surprisingly wide, so there's plenty of space to relax. The fabric feels soft and cozy, and it looks really nice in my living room.
Another thing I really like is that the covers are removable and washable, which makes it much easier to keep the sofa clean.

UPDATE: THEY STILL HAVEN'T SENT A REFUND!! The protection plan must also be a scam, I can’t talk to a real person, it’s all AI bots. I am going to be reporting fraud to BBB & to my bank account. I’ve contacted a lawyer over this.
Literally HORRIBLE!!!!! All of these reviews are fake or paid!!! Horrible quality, so cheap. I only got a few pieces of the whole couch & they are terrible!!! I absolutely would not buy from here. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

Right now, my experience with Belffin is poor. You cannot reach customer service. When you purchase, Customer Service responds quickly to emails. Other than that, they are slow to respond. There is a phone number, but you go directly to voicemail. Belffin provides a link to schedule a callback, but it does not work.

I recently ordered a couch from this company and I’m really happy with my purchase. The quality feels great and you can tell the materials are well made. Everything looks and feels very sturdy and comfortable. The ordering and delivery process was also smooth and surprisingly fast. Overall, it was a really positive experience and I would definitely consider buying from this company again.

I ordered a loveseat January 16th and never received it. At first I was told FedEx was wrong and it was in transit. FedEx said they never received the loveseat. I asked Belffin to check on it at their end but nothing. I would be very careful ordering anything from them.

This is an amazing modular couch and the price was very reasonable. Super comfortable with storage galore! Customer service was amazing and helped me right away with a piece that was missing. Fabric is definitely pet friendly and I just love sitting around with my cats on my new couch. Highly recommend. 10/10

I had been watching ads and reviews for about 6 months with this company. We desperately needed a new sofa. This one did not disappoint! I put it together by myself in a few hours. I love this new set. It has storage and is super comfortable! I would definitely recommend this to family and friends!
