Everything is WRONG about this company, not uk based so delivery takes 3/4 weeks Hong Kong based NOT uk. awful quality clothing shoddy workmanship. Not at all interested in refunding you..offer ridiculous discounts. They have an answer for everything you try to throw at them.how a company like this is still able to rip the public off I'd beyond me.

I have recently purchase a dress from this company. My normal size is UK18 but deceided to order XL size 20 to make sure it would fit! When it eventually arrived the size they state on their site is not even a size 18. I have had many emails with company & they even directed me to their site and the returns/refund page where they state there is a 30 day guarantee refund if you return the garment. This is not true! they lie! They have offered me a percentage refund but I just want to return it and get my full refund. I only wished I had read these terrible reviews before parting with my money BUYERS BEWARE!

Do not order from this company.
I ordered a linen dress. Instead of letting me know that the linen dress was out of stock I was sent a cotton one. I returned the cotton dress to the 'returns address' indicated on the package. But it turns out this is not the returns address and that I should have contacted the company before I returned it. No telephone contact. And that I would have to retrieve the item to get my refund. I have tried - but without success.  I have proof of delivery. But they will not pay my refund. 

I can confer with everything said on here about this company. They are appalling!
Bought what's described as 'leather tote bag', albeit ridiculously cheap but was reduced, so I thought, maybe it's a clearance sale. It was a very convincing pretty picture of a bag on the website.
Immediately on receipts, you can tell the smell isn't leather, then the inside lining was crunchy to touch. It was like crunching thick paper.
I won't even go into trying to return it. Pretty much the same as others have said. Lets just say, the UK consumer trading agreement means nothing to them.
Maybe the company is scammed too by China. They don't seem to know what goes out to the consumers.
Apart from losing your money, a lot of time is wasted, trying to get them to do the right thing.
I've settled for 50% refund and have given the bag to charity. I hope the charity don't return it to me. It's that bad!

Hi All who have bought and tried to return items to Belezza and have been told that you can only have 20% or30% refund I had the same experience with them. I had 3 different offers of 10%, 20% then Finally 30% plus a “ Free item” to the same value which equates to your purchase. So I told them I did not want any free gifts or that their return policy did not mention any of this so I would take it further, I then contacted PayPal told them all what had happened they contacted Belezza and next day I received a full refund.

Dress 100% polyester cost £45.00. Absolute crap. Cheap material and colours. Pictures deceptive. Will never buy again and dress going in the bin. These people need to be stopped. Fraudulent comes to mind. Trading standards need to get involved. Many people being shafted

An Absolute scam. The website is well made, the products look really good but what you are sent is real rubbish, cheap stuff from china with no branding and the size is all wrong. If you try to return they only agree to give you 20% of what you have paid and instaed offer to send you something in exchange which is equally bad. Wish I had checked here before ordering.

I ordered a coat from Belezza UK, which arrived without any care labels, fibre content, or brand identification. These are legal requirements for garments sold in the UK, and their absence means the product was not as described and therefore faulty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Despite this, Belezza repeatedly refused to acknowledge the fault and insisted I cover the return postage, even though UK consumer law clearly states that return costs must be reimbursed when an item is faulty. Their internal “policy” does not override legal obligations.

To make matters worse, return fees were not clearly displayed at the point of sale, which is a breach of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

After several attempts to resolve the issue directly, I have now escalated the case to the UK International Consumer Centre (UKICC) for formal intervention.

Unlawful, dismissive and disappointing – I would strongly advise avoiding this retailer.

Bought hat from them. Arrived wrecked as came from China in a plastic bag. They replaced it FOC , but ,despite my suggestion about protective packing it too arrived in a flimsy plastic bag. Not surprisingly,that too was mangled. The best that customer services will offer now is a 20% goodwill refund!
If I had more time I would pursue them via Trading Standards, but I do not. Beware& buy elsewhere.

A complete scam! Avoid, I wish I’d checked here before ordering

I’ve always been a supporter of our beloved high street and I well and truly got caught out here, paid £75 inc £5 “protection” cover … to receive a snippet of see through, fire hazard material passed of as the item advertised.. what a joke!

Then trying to raise a return… so it’s going to cost me £35 to return, or I can have a higher value crap item instead…??

I’ll chalk this up to lesson learnt.

Please avoid, let’s stick to the high street and stay away from this company

Please, please, please do not deal with these people. They are a bunch of crooks. The sandals I received from them were awful and I have spent weeks writing many e mails trying to get a refund but they have come up with a variety of excuses for not helping e.g "you didn't buy them from us", "we don't have your order number" "we have no record of your order" etc. etc. I have finally given up but I am writing this in the hope that no one will buy from them and that they go bus.

APPALLING QUALITY AND MISLEADING PHOTOS.
I ordered a hat which, when it came, was nowhere near the quality the photos would lead you to believe. Cheap rubbish. They offered an "equivalent" value product as compensation, so I chose leather clogs. I have never seen such a cheap, nasty, plastic pair of shoes in my life. Worse than you can buy on a market stall. I complained as they are literally only fit for the bin and not even worth the postage to return. I got a feeble offer of a 20% refund which I have actually rejected because it's insulting.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE QUALITY IS APPALLING!!!!! PLEASE HEED THIS ADVICE!!!!!!! I am now the not-very-proud-owner of two items that are genuinely only fit for the bin.
I asked for a full refund as this is tantamount to fraudulent trading; the advertised product is made to look completely different to what you receive, but surprise surprise I have not received a penny.
Stay well clear. Never again. And I shop online all the time: other companies are great, but definitely not this one.

My advice would be to avoid this company. I ordered shoes which came after 2/3 weeks and were small for size. I emailed the company to be informed that return postage could cost me £35!
But they would send me something in place. I ordered the ladies green silk shirt. It arrived ved yesterday after 3 weeks.
It is awful. Cheap rubbish. Not silk, it states on the label that it is 90% polyester and 10% spandex! The shade of green is totally different. It is a sickly lime green.
Also the smell with it is really toxic. Within 5 mins of opening it I started a headache and felt nauseous.
I am concerned that their employees are handling toxic substances
This product comes from China not Europe
The shirt contravenes the trade description act, definitely not silk.
I emailed the company and they are offering me a 20% refund. But I certainly won't be giving them any bank details unless they refund that to my card.
But I spent £25 and have 2 not fit for purpose products. I should have a full refund. Please be careful if this company, they are NOT what they say

This is not a genuine company. It's a SCAM. I ordered a short LEATHER jacket. What a joke!! It took 3 weeks to arrive from China, which immediately aroused my suspicion because this company is not in UK despite their name which is misleading. I can't find the words to describe the 'thing' that I received, but in no way is it even wearable. Someone, probably in a sweatshop in China, has taken the basic pattern of the jacket I thought I was ordering and produced a 'replica'. But it isn't even a reasonable replica - the material is definitely not leather, it is like the old fashioned type of brushed nylon, and the label inside says 100% polyester. It has no lining, half of the seams are on the outside, the main zip is crooked, one of the zips on the pockets is broken and doesn't fasten. This jacket isn't fit for anything other than the bin!! I hope people read these reviews before ordering anything from this bunch of scammers (I wish I had).

Ordered three shirts . Fabric was cheap thick polyester 😩

Surely this company is a scam ? They are posing as British but are Chinese . The internet photos show lovely garments .. they are NOT ! I ordered a black cardigan which looked lovely in the pic .. ordered a Large as they advised …’order your normal size .’ I am size 14 . The cardigan arrived after 3 weeks .. it would probably only fit a size 8 with very skinny arms . NO replies on the email given for refunds .. So as a previous reviewer said I shall give it to charity and learn by my mistakes £28 wasted !!! Please DONOT buy from them they are a SCAM !

They claim their shoes are leather, show pictures of real leather shoes on their website and then sent me cheap, plastic crap that I would be ashamed to give away.

They then offer a partial refund and site high shipping costs for a return.

Lying, cheating, thieving b******s! Don't trust them and don't buy any of their cheap and nasty rubbish.

Do not buy anything from this company!! I ordered what I believed to be a genuine chunky wool throw, in their sale but have still not received the throw - it was ordered over a month ago and I paid added delivery insurance. I have emailed the company multiple times and they have replied saying there is a delay, no reason given. I requested a refund but this has been ignored.
This is extremely poor customer service, very disappointing!

No stars...still trying to get a refund for the atrocious mules I ordered which are 3 sizes too big and appalling quality..they want me to return them costing £35 laughable..or give me 30% discount and I can keep them....please don't buy anything from them..they need closing down
