Awful. Do not use this company. The dress was nothing like the image online.
Trying to get a refund is impossible, they sent 6 emails trying to get me to buy something else, totally ignoring my request, despite asking them each time to please send the shipping label.
Do not buy from here.

Appalling

Absolutely awful experience stay away from this company. I don't want to repeat what's already been said but received the most cheap dress I've ever seen. Asked to return and after days of emails ended up with 30% of the value refunded. These scammers shouldn't be allowed to trade in the UK

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish! Ordered a pair of ‘leather’ sandals for £22.95 back at the beginning of July. Had to chase as delivery took a while. Then when the package arrived, these were very poor quality and definitely not leather. I complained and suggested the description on the website be revised. The sandals have now disappeared off the site. I could either return at my expense or accept another item of equivalent value from their website. Today, after almost two months from the first order, I have received a pair of dungarees which are also rubbish and not ‘wide-legged’ as shown on the website. They will be binned. Originally on the website at £32.95, I notice that these have now also been removed. Absolute rip-off.

Returning items and held to ransom

Ordered an item which took ages to arrive. When it did it was damaged so I contacted the supplier who said i could order something else to replace the product or return the item at a cost. The postage cost appeared to be decided by them as they suggested it could cost me up to £34 to return. I could keep the faulty item and get 20% refund. Or I could buy something else of rhe same value. So no choice really so I ended up keeping faulty sandles and order another item which I had not wanted in the first place. Held to ransom and just like a scam. Never use this company again.

Poor quality products...no refund

Poor quality shoes, which looked cheap and nothing like the picture on the website. The size of the shoes was tight, compared to a European size - a fact that Belezza UK admitted to, but did not mention on their website.
Despite all this I was refused a refund. I say refused, but first of all they attempted to give me numerous discounts, which I did not want, then said I'd have to ship it back to China at my own cost. Then, and only then, would they 'consider' a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Purchase from Belezza at your peril

I would give a minus rating if it was possible. Appalling customer service and questionable business practices. I purchased a cardigan 6-weeks ago. It arrived, looked nothing like the item on the website and was a completely different colour. In accordance with their returns policy, I contacted customer support to advise them that the item did not conform to its description and I wished to return it for a refund. Customer support asked me to send photos of the item, which I duly did. I was then offered a complimentary item, which I declined and informed customer support that I just wanted to return the item for a refund.
Another email reply, this time I was told by customer support that the shipping costs are expensive and it is my responsibility to pay these, I was offered a 20% refund and told I could keep the item and have a complimentary item. I replied advising that I did not want the item and I wanted a full refund. Customer support then told me I had 3 options to resolve the issue: 1. Return the item, pay shippings costs and receive £9.99 refund (should be £45.00), 2. keep the item and get a 30% refund or 3. pick an alternative item for 50% higher value than my original. I advised customer support that I did not want a partial refund or an alternative item I just wanted a refund. I paid to ship the item with FedEx, which under EU consumer rights I should have not paid return shipping fees as the article did not conform to its description (non-conformity).
After the item was delivered by FedEx I contacted customer support to check the status of my refund and also provided details of the time of the delivery and the name of the employee who signed for the item. Another email came from customer support this time requesting a copy of the returns receipt as they wanted to check it had gone to the right place. I replied, forwarding the FedEx email I received confirming delivery time. I then received another email from customer support requesting the same information. I replied again informing them the information was at the bottom of the email.
I have now been told once the warehouse has inspected the goods they will let me know if I qualify for a refund. The item came with no tags on it, Belezza returns policy says that all goods must still have the tags attached. I have informed them of this, but this has not been acknowledged. Given how resistant the company has been about my refund, I doubt very much that will get any money back as the item did not arrive with any tags.
My advice give the company a very wide berth. Disgraceful practices. Will be making a formal complaint to Dutch Consumer Rights Authority

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I recently purchased footwear from this company but the quality /material was not as advertised on their website. They would not accept return unless I paid a postage cost of £35, I refused and so they offered a partial refund which I also refused. I was entitled to a full refund under The Consumer Rights Act 2015.

After multiple emails with no satisfactory outcome, I had to make a claim through my credit card company to receive a refund. I STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The website portrays a family run, high quality retailer, however I realised after purchase that the same products were on Amazon for lower prices (and with more accurate descriptions of the products).

AVOID Belezza Very poor quality products

Very poor quality products. I purchased 'orthopaedic' sandals for £30 and they broke after 6 wears. I contacted Belezza for an exchange or refund. I was told no refund or exchange as it was outside of their 30 day refund policy. I had them for 34 days!
They took 15 days to arrive. They looked cheap and plasticy, not like the photos. They were basically cheap rubbish and not worth the price. Avoid this company. Buy elsewhere.

Avoid like the Plague.

Bought a pair of sandals which lasted just over 30 days. Poor quality product, the sole broke completely.
I tried to get a replacement pair but the company was not interested. Merely repeated I was outside the 30 day return period.
Most unhelpful.
Lesson check a company on Trustpilot before purchase.

Do not use this website as you will not…

Do not use this website as you will not get reimbursed for returns. This was the response when trying to send sandals back that were too large.
This was after numerous emails asking for a code to return goods. I was offered a 50% refund although I wanted to return them, so basically you lose 50% of the cost and they keep the other 50%.

worse company I have ever dealt with

I ordered shoes, which were delivered but all very different sizes. I asked on the day of arrival to return them. After lots and lots of emails of me trying to return the items I found this on there website.

You can always return your product at this address:
Burmanstraat 29 H, Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, 1091SH, Netherlands

It is highly advisable to contact our customer service before you decide to return the product.

So despite asking and asking I then decided to return the items to the address found.

I am no seeking legal advice as they are not wanting to issue a refund as I didn't wait for the return address, because guess what it is in CHINA!!!!!!!

I will not let this go, this is a very poor business ripping off its customers

Don't go near this company... read on to find out why

I have been trying for two months to return an item and get a refund. The company has taken over a month to answer emails and it is clear from the reply they have NO intention of refunding money. Instead they are fobbing me off with replies that avoid telling me how to return my goods and how to get a full refund. It's disgraceful.
See my original post about them written in early July. It was bad then, it is much worse now.
Belazza, the order number I'm referring to is 17622 and I will go on posting updates warning people away from shopping with you until you resolve things.

Avoid! Not the usual online purchase experience.

Unfortunately I ordered before reading the reviews. The clothing is extremely poor quality and returns are impossible unless you're happy to pay £35. In the end I was offered a partial refund and could keep the clothes which then went to a charity shop! The staff however were very friendly and helpful, but clearly not UK based as it implies on the website.

Misleading Product Description & Location – Refused Full Refund

I ordered “Belezza Cowboy Boots – Vintage Ankle Design, Comfortable Leather” from Belezza UK on 20 July 2025 for £46.74.
   •   The boots are not leather, despite the listing saying “Comfortable Leather”.
   •   The company claimed to be based in the Netherlands, but the goods were shipped from China.
   •   They offered me only a 40% refund (£18.70) and gave me a China return address, even though returning would cost almost the full price of the boots.

This is a clear case of misrepresentation. I have reported the matter to Trading Standards and my payment provider. I would not purchase from this company again.

Still not received any refund!!!

I ordered two silk blouses. They took three weeks to arrive not the 1-5 working days they claim. When they arrived, they were not silk, they were synthetic and wholly unacceptable. They claim complete refunds but they refuse to actually do this. They wanted to charge £35.00 postage to return items. They offered a derisory sum of 30% instead of the full refund they promise. They are not based in this country so it is not possible to pursue them. One star is the minimum I can give them, there should be the opportunity to give no stars because one star flatters them.

I placed an order with Belezza and it took over two weeks to arrive. What they don’t make clear is that items are shipped from China, not the UK, which explains the slow delivery.

When the item finally arrived, I was shocked to learn it’s apparently “non-refundable” despite consumer rights stating otherwise. Instead of offering a proper refund, their customer service kept pushing me to accept a partial refund, keep the faulty product, or choose another item.

This is misleading and unacceptable. I’ve reported them to Trading Standards and the Ombudsman, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration – shop elsewhere.

I paid £85 for 2 jumpers, they were supposed to be a size 18 and contain
" cashmere" . The website ,
Belleza UK leads you to think its a UK site your buying from with the title. The jumpers arrived and immediate alarm bells rang. They were about a size 14 but had no labels to say so. No labels giving product info as to what material, textile or yarn they were made of, no label giving the make or any washing instructions. The finish of both sweaters was very poor with ends tied off but left hanging. I emailed for return procedure and for over three weeks was instead offered increasing amounts of discounts with a final offer of £60 . The return address I was finally given, all via email, no phone contact, was an address in China and I had to pay the postage which at the cheapest rate was £13.
Thank goodness I had paid via paypal and eventually got a full refund and was told to keep, destroy or donate the sweaters. NEVER BUY FROM BELEZZA UK. IT IS A NAME ONLY TO SELL CHEAP PRODUCTS TO TRUSTING PEOPLE.
