Beware! Terrible company
Masquerades as a UK business, but everything is shipped directly from China. I purchased a Panama Hat. When it eventually arrived the quality was beyond poor and nothing like the one shown on the website. Tried to return but was told that it would cost me £35.00 to return, I can only stress anyone considering buying from this site - DONT. Complete and utter waste of money. Fortunately I purchased using Paypal and managed to get a full refund.

Very poor quality. Bears no resemblance to the photo on their web.site. Purchased as a gift but not good enough to do so.

Wish I had read the reviews first. My crumpled hat came from China as shown in original tracking. They then relabel it. Shoved into a plastic envelope.

I ordered leather slippers when they eventually arrived, they were wrapped in plastic & the chemical smell when I opened them was disgusting. I first got suspicious when I received an update advising they were coming via Nancheng. I wanted to return them, they offered me to choose another item for the same cost then 20% off the slippers, whilst stating return costs could be £35.00 plus.DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

Panama hat took over two weeks to arrive.
When it did arrive it was crumpled up in a thin plastic bag and completely misshapen.
The hat was said to be handmade and made of toquilla. It was neither handmade nor made of toquilla. Cheap plastic/paper.
It was ‘apparently’ reduced from £60 to £30. As if !!
I was offered £6 refund and could keep the hat, which I so didn’t want or choose another item (which by now I had no faith in being genuine)
OR pay £35 return to get £30refund.

If the business practice is to charge you £30 for a hat realistically worth £3 or £4 at most, then offer you 20% refund on a product which is not at all as advertised, I can only imagine profit margins must be huge. Seems like a complete scam to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

Why did I not read these reviews before purchasing?!
I only gave it 1 star because I had to give it something.
Currently in the process of trying to get a full refund for a pair of 'luxe linen' trousers which are actually 95% polyester.
Customer service has offered me a 20% refund and I get to keep the item (lucky me!) or they will send me another item for free! Why would I want another one of their terrible quality items?! I just want my money back but looks unlikely to happen.
I will be reporting to trading standards.

Overpriced items and poor quality. Sandals were plastic and awful quality. They tried to get me to have another pair as they could not provide the ones I ordered. I ended up changing for a blouse which I would not wash my car with. Poor quality and horrible fabric and takes weeks to arrive. Do not buy from them

Advertised as leather mules when they are in fact plastic and poor quality. Also states free delivery but I was charged .
Contacted Trading Standards @edinburgh.gov.uk but advised by TS that Belezza did not respond so their email . Was advised to contact my bank with details so that's what I did .

Absolutely terrible product - supposed to be leather but the shoes are plastic. In the description it states 'slip on leather mules'.
£29.99 badly spent! Really disappointed and feel scammed !

Wish I had looked at these reviews before ordering. This is a site that in my opinion misleads. I google searched the product I wanted and this site came up, the product looked official, at a good sale price with a welcome 10% offer. I ordered the boots, all seemed well until I received tracking and realised the items were shipped from China?????
The company misleads with UK in the website name, not a British company but foreign selling NON AUTHENTIC goods in my opinion. I reached out to the company via email to ask if my order was authentic, they replied quickly and informed me they were NOT! I had the option to pay for return or an extra 20% off, opted for the latter. It would cost a fortune to return and the goods are a good copy but NOT leather. Lesson learned, check out every website before thinking you’re getting a bargain!!! Such good use of using a typo in a name in their description of goods and I believe the picture used was of the Authentic product. Put down to experience, won’t happen again

CHINESE COMPANY POSING AS UK BASED. MAJOR SCAM ALERT. I ordered something from a scam company posing to be uk based and was sent horrible,cheap quality item. They dont want to refund. Another company to be aware of is Elvoria London which is chinese based too. Guys there are a lot of Chinese companies posing online as uk based. They have managed to con hundreds of innocent people. I even read an article on sundaypost.com. PLEASE do research before ordering anything online as there are hundreds of fake chinese websites operating as uk based. Once you order something, something completely different cheapest quality and wrong size turns up, after weeks of waiting . You will get blood out of stone maybe, but no refund from them at all. How do they sleep at night. Karma is a bit@h they say !!!

Do not buy from this SCAM company. The product is the cheapest ugliest quality, arriving weeks later from China in a plastic bag. Not even worth £5. Then they won't let you return it. I've so far sent 4 emails asking for the return address and they won't send it. It will also cost £36 to send it back. I'll pay that because I don't believe any company should make money this way. SCAM!

Update, now 6 emails, still no return address! Hours of my time.

Company that sets out to trick customers into believing a) that they will receive the goods advertised in a timely manner (UNTRUE) b) that the company is UK-based (UNTRUE) c) that returns are possible (UNTRUE). A total scam. Footwear presented as leather is made of synthetic material stinking of chemicals. If you follow the returns instructions, you are offered 20% off the absurd amount you paid for rubbish and the warning that you will have to pay £35 to return anything (to China I gather from others). After more than a month I am still waiting for the returns address. I doubt whether it will ever arrive. And if I paid for the return, would I ever get a refund from these con artists? Seems unlikely.

I should have realised these were scammers from the spelling mistake in the name – presumably meant to be bellezza, Italian for loveliness, beauty. Very poor joke – what they peddle is the very opposite.

Appalling customer service, products of poor quality and sized incorrectly. Can only return items if you pay to ship to China. Avoid this company

Should have looked at the reviews before I purchased but oh well. I ordered a burgundy suit set in may for a wedding I had coming up in july, the delivery came after about a month, the suit jacket and waistcoat was fine but the pants were too small. Emailed them asking about it, measured my size, gave them the sizes, asked do I need to send the full suit back or can I just exchange the pants? Got about 3 bots (computer) replying back to me, saying I can just exchange the pants. I said okay, I think I need size 2xl, they replied no size 3xl from the measurements you gave us should fit. I said hmmm I think they'll be too big. They were adamant that this was the correct size. Went ahead on what they said because I haven't got time to waste. Delivery came after about 3 weeks (understandable hence coming from miles away) low and behold, too big. Sent them an email straight away saying too big, where do we go from here then? Received no replies whatsoever. DO NOT buy from this company. £70 this suit had cost and by this point the wedding was in 5 days and had to go with what I already have. Should have just got a refund but by the looks of the reviews and comments here you don't get that either. Boycott them.
