Due to COVID-19, Australia Post Standard international deliveries are experiencing extensive delays, therefore we have removed this service and replaced it with DHL Express who are currently not experiencing delays. I loved the tops I got from them and…

I loved the tops I got from them and they came super fast! But I actually want to commend the company on the way they handled a faulty item! The stitching on an item was faulty and rather then send the dress back and have it be so wasteful they actually opted to pay for the repairs for me! So I kept the dress and they reimbursed me the cost. I really appreciated this and think it’s a wonderful way to handle these situations!

Delivery was super fast and customer…

Delivery was super fast and customer service very good. However, I have to say I am disappointed by the clothes' quality of material and accuracy of sizes.

We try to provide multiple and varying images of the products along with detailed descriptions about the style, fit and fabrication to depict the garments in their truest form. In regards to sizing as we stock a range of different designers, sizing can vary slightly from each brand, we do our best to accurately describe the fitting of each garment and sometimes will make sizing recommendations if the garment fitting is smaller or larger.

However you are never required to keep anything you don't love! You can contact our customer care team at info@beginningboutique.com.au and they will be able to assist you with the returns process. xx

Next day delivery!

Thanks so much for the speedy delivery! I ordered and got my package the next day. Both dresses are beautiful!

Faulty item

I was contacted really quickly about my concerns and it was all dealt with swiftly! I ended up getting a store credit for what I paid and I liked that I was given the option of how I wanted the refund. The customer service team were lovely to deal with.
