I haven't even received my order yet…

I haven't even received my order yet and had to pay an extra 100€ in taxes, it would've saved me a lot of money if the website mentioned it before paying....
Hopefully the order is worth it!

Returns take a long time to be processed

I ordered a Jacket that was too small. When waiting to exchange it, it took quite a long time for the company to receive the return and process the store credit. Weeks later I still had to add money to the new jacket as I used a discount code originally. Overall great quality products.

Very helpful staff

Very helpful staff, responded to my questions almost immediately and clothes are good quality and true to size :)

Poor

The company isn’t upfront with delivery/shipping terms to the rest of the world and only tells you about extra fees after they have your money. Not cute.
