Just put the new quilt cover on, feels so luxurious against the skin. the buttons are sturdy not those cheap plastic snaps that break. makes my bed look like a magazine photo LOL

Better quality than what i got at myer and half the price TBH. Good find.

Bought a set for my mums birthday and she wont stop talking about them lol.

Pillowcases are generous size. Fit my fluffy pillows easy unlike other brands.

Have not received my order that I placed through Bunnings Marketplace. Tried putting a review on Bunnings website to warn people about buying from here but Bunnings have advised that my review will not be published as it goes against their guidelines. Do not purchase Bedding King products! Extremely unprofessional and the business should not be allowed to operate if this is how they treat their customers. So quick to take your money but can't fulfil the order... Wish I read these reviews earlier!

Goods ordered on 28 October (71846) have failed to be delivered - they never reached the delivery company. I have called both phone numbers provided, left numerous messages and send an email and a chat request - all ignored over the last week. No sure if they have gone broke, are scamming me or why they have zero customer service. Can anyone tell me the truth about this situation?

HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER FROM 3.5 MONTHS AGO!!!
Absolutely unacceptable customer service.
They stopped replying to my emails, the postage company never replied to my investigation months ago.
I tried calling multiple times but the call wouldn't go through, following up by email multiple times, messaging the IG & FB then texting..

I have spent too much time on this already as well as the mental stress. The whole point of ordering towels online was to save the overwhelm and energy of driving into a shopping centre.

I've just been using an old crusty one this whole time because I don't want to buy more then end up with double the amount I need.
I just need to have a shower comfortably.

Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous as someone who was worked in customer service for 15 years.

This needs to be sorted out ASAP and the company needs to be shut down based on the other reviews.

Paid for express delivery for my order and it took 8 days just to get shipping confirmation, plus the shipping company is also late delivering as well. 18 days later I still have not received my order and bedding king hasn't even bothered to reply to my inquiry. Next step is to just call my bank as I'm starting to believe this site might have been a scam.

Never received my item. No refund. Emailed get told we will investigate then nothing for over a month. Contact again and no response even tried ringing

Terrible customer service

Purchased a sheet set that was mean to be 80% cotton and 20% polyester as was advised these are the best for less wrinkles. Spent more on a sheet set than ever before to get this ratio. However 100% cotton sheets arrived contacted Bedding King to return the item as the wrong item was sent but reply was you can have 10% off your next order. of course declined the ofter but could not get a reply again, tried email, web chat and calling but nothing. Lucky I paid with PayPal and they managed to get a refund process. My advise, stay clear of this company

Been trying to cancel my order but no reply to my emails and not answering my phone calls, sounds kind of scammy to me

Firstly, their website states upon sign up we received a 10% discount. This is a lie.
When we contacted them, no response.
No worries. We made a purchase, but upon delivery, it was damaged and incorrect. We asked for an exchange/refund.
No response via email, call, or via enquiry form.

Complete scam. Ordered at the beginning of July and they happily took my money but I didn't receive any confirmation. After I chased up a few weeks later they did not respond but I was emailed a tracking notification from a 3rd party. Item arrived completely incorrect, missing items and far lower quality (completely different design than pictured). I have emailed 5 times all unanswered, messaged on FB and had a reply initially and am now being ignored, and call went to voicemail. Absolutely disgusting service and clearly scam company. Will be making further reports.

My item was sent too wrong person,in another state,
Company refused too pay refund ,
Calls & emails were ignored ,2 attempt at sending package was left at their warehouse , but courier was unable too collect ..dummy attempt at sending replacement ,
Thanks too PayPal for having too pay me , so I don’t lose my money ,
This company allows this too happen , as they know it’s not costing them too replace item,
Will not buy from them again
Disappointing they do this as we are spending our money too support their business …….

My winter flannelette set is a lifesaver! It's been freezing outside, but I've stayed warm and comfy all week. And guess what? It still looks brand new even after multiple washes. Can't wait to buy more colors. Totally loving it so far!

One month later, my order still has not arrived. Customer service keeps saying they are working on it - not good enough. Requested a refund and at least they were able to do that.

I was hesitant about the mink blanket coz I couldn't feel it before buying, but WOW! The golden bloom design is STUNNING, and the softness is unbelievable.

It’s heavy enuff to keep me warm but not suffocating. Got a matching bedsheet too, and the quality is consistent. The eco-friendly tag was the cherry on top. 10/10 experience. Superb work! Will order again soon!

Two months later and I suddenly start getting marketing emails again. Spam king would be a much more accurate name for this company.
