Bedding King Arvostelua

Terrible company. Bought 1000 TC cotton sheets and straight after opening discovered we had been scammed as the sheets were so so so thin and flimsy. Anyone who says the quality is good from this company is part of the scam. We bought these sheets from two scammers who had set up a stall in the mall. I took the sheets back the following day hoping to get a refund or swap. The guys refused any sort of refund, even when i showed them how flimsy the sheets were by gently pulling the sheets using just thumbs and one finger showing how easily the sheets actually came apart! The guys eyes were bulging out of his head as he watched, and afterwards he told me no to a refund or swap. After that we just took another queen sheet set and walked away. What a bunch of dishonest and disgraceful smug looking scammers these guys are. DON’T ever buy from bedding king if you want good quality sheets.

I placed an offer back in January this year I purchased 4x mink blankets after a few weeks I received an email saying that one of the items wasn’t available so I had to pick another item they said will treat my case as top priority and sent it as soon as possible but I still haven’t received it yet I have sent numerous emails but I haven’t received a single reply

Poor customer service. I ordered two doona covers. One was sent, the other didn't arrive. I contacted them via email, online inquiry, phone, and Facebook Messenger. I did receive a response from Facebook Messenger, but not from the others. There was no follow-up. I wouldn't purchase from this company again. It's hit and miss. Pay for something and not receive the product. The one velvet doona cover I did receive ( after a long wait, a month later and only half of my order), however, was of very good quality. Very poor service. They have lost me as a customer. I wish that I had read the reviews before ordering, as I would not have wasted my time ordering anything. Very poor

Ordered 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. Once they finally arrived they feel more like 600 thread count and are no where near densely woven enough to be 1000 thread count. The flat sheets are also incredibly long but not very wide so had to turn them sideways to be able to tuck them into the bed properly. I guess you get what you pay for and I have learnt my lesson.

Our order for 4x Beach Towels was placed and paid for on 14 Jan 26. Now over 5 weeks later they have not been received. We'd had 2 apology emails about changing courier companies - first they were supposedly sent via Sendle (which had ceased Aust operations 2 weeks earlier), then supposedly via Aramex (who supposedly got their Tracking Info wrong); lastly by Aust Post (but 2 weeks later no Tracking Number and no delivery). Now Bedding King is not answering our emails....so $200 down the drain. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS Like many others, it seems I have also been scammed by this company. Paid express shipping, and although a label has been created with Australia Post, the order hasn't been dispatched. Have tried calling, sent enquiries online, phoned both contact numbers, nobody answers or responds. I have reported their FB page.
