Bedding King Arvostelua

My order for sheets was placed on 4 January and were never even sent. After a couple of weeks I placed a refund request with Paypal and when Bedding King (also trading as BEDDING N BATH PTY LTD), found out they sent tracking information to Paypal to stop the refund. Needless to say 3 weeks later and the tracking information still states "shipping information received' and product haven't even been sent. The phone number listed is never answered nor are emails. I was lucky as Paypal refunded my purchase but only after Bedding King tried to stop it and five weeks had passed. Avoid.

Take your money and never deliver or respond. Going to Office of Fair Trading NSW and NSW Police. Only a warehouse no shop. After threats above finally received the goods.

Scam scam all the way. 2 months and no tracking nothing. Keep giving the run around about changing couriers. BS . It's a total scam buyer beware.

My order never arrived, and I lost my money.
They sent me a tracking number, but the delivery never arrived. Delivery company Sandler will tell you they went to pick up the goods, but they were not available to be picked up. This company should be banned from online marketing and sales. Please don't be another victim.

I ordered 3 sets of Egyptian Cotton bed sheets and haven't received them after more than 2 weeks since placing the order. I didn’t do my research before buying and found out about all these bad reviews.

I placed the order on the 9/01/26 and received an email saying the order was complete, while checking the provided tracking number I discovered that the parcel was "cancelled" 2 days later. I never received another email saying if there was a new tracking number or if the sheets have been sent.

I tried using the chat on their website and didn't get a reply after a few minutes, if I knew all this before ordering I could have saved $200 and bought sheets from another retailer.

I'm disgusted with this company. I beg everyone not to fall into their trap and give them any business. They are unreachable by phone, email or by any other method for any after sales assistance even though their add clearly declares that they have aftersale assistance. Their add is completely false. They take your money and promise after sale help but it is not there. It is a scam. Please ignore this devious. Untrustworthy company. They advertis 30 days money back but are unreachable and it is impossible to return the wrong goods they send. The quality is not what they say so you are paying high prices for poor quality and of course can't contact them for assistance and returns. Please please do not fall into their trap and buy from th

Item arrived 2 weeks late after paying express delivery. Emails went unanswered, the customer service contact number was not working. I ordered 1200TC Egyptian cotton sheets and even though that's what was on the package its not what I ordered.
I've mostly had 1200TC Egyptian cotton sheets and these were a lot thinner, more like 600TC. I could send them back but its all too hard with this company.
I ordered another set with Amazon, arrived on time and were the real deal, beautiful quality and only $10 more.
Will never order from this company again.

Unfortunately I did not do my due diligence before purchasing. Egyptian cotton sheet sets at a lower market rate- I got lured in. No tracking number provided and no movement on the order. I’ll be doing a charge back to refute the product as it is not coming. Emails went unanswered as did phones

No response to calls or emails. No tracking number provided. And no parcel delivered. Very disappointing.

Terrible! Sent wrong item and will not respond to any contact via FB, their own chat or email. Didn’t even respond to Afterpay so I’m now doing a credit card chargeback. Avoid avoid avoid

My order was never posted. Phone calls to warehouse and stores not answered plus emails unanswered. Do not deal with this company.

Feels expensive but wasnt crazy pricey. Happpy with the purchase SO FAR

Scammers!!

Paid for product that was never sent. After sending email complaint got response but no action. Then asked to cancel order and asked for refund. They TOTALLY ignored me. Have heard nothing since and received no product or tracking confirmation.

DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Scammers! Charged me for product, confirmed the order, sent bogus tracking details. 12 days later I emailed, emailed again the next day. Rang 2 phone numbers, got online to the chat. Not once did this terrible company reply or respond.
I lodged a complaint and the company I paid with refunded me instantly.
DO NOT BUY. there are several reviews the same on this site!

Fast shipping thx!

DO NOT BUY!!! No one answers the phone, or responds to emails. I paid for express and according to the tracking, it hasn't moved in 2 weeks.

Had a issue with my address input (my bad) and emailed them. got a reply in an hour and they fixed it before shipping. The
sheets arrived perfect. exceptional service is hard to find these days

love that they are local in nsw. ordered tuesday night and it was at my door thursday morning. The packaging was nice too, felt like a treat opening it up. Sheets are buttery SMOOTH.

Grabbed these on sale.. total bargain for egyptian cotton. Will definitely buy again.
