DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a Braun thermometer and was sent the wrong model number. Called and emailed customer service numerous times before I actually spoke with someone. The company has a 30 day return policy no questions asked but I needed a RMA number. The person I spoke to was very difficult relaying any information to me about the process of returning and refunding. Finally just told me to return it with the order number and gave me the address. I returned it following the instructions by usps with tracking. It was received two days later. I waited over a month checking for the credit on my credit card statement and never saw it. Called the credit card company and no credit was issued. Called customer service on 3/7/19 and got the run a round by the same person. Told me it was credited but that I couldn't see it with some credit cards. Finally told me he would check into it and get back to me in 10 minutes which never happened. Tried calling today and phone number is no longer in service. Sent an email and filed a dispute with my credit card company. First time this has ever happened with online shopping. I should have read reviews before I purchased. Hope this helps the next person.

Rip off... company sucks!

Rip off! Do not use this company...ordered nuface and it was a fake...my face was feeling the current which should not happen. The on_off switch was a sticker which is indication of a fake! There is no...I repeat NO customer service. No one answers the phone. I've left several messages and no return call. You cannot send items back as there are no return instructions or address included in the order. I was duped for $120. DO Not get duped!!!!! This "company" is horrible!!!!!

I seriously don't think this is a real…

I seriously don't think this is a real company. I think they just took my $160. I paid extra for Fed Ex $18.94.
FedEx has NO TRACKING NUMBER its a fake & I still do not have the product 8 days later. I've BEEN HAD!

After the 14 day wait. I received the product It was perfect!
The customer service is horrible, but I did get exactly what I ordered maybe because I complained on line.
