Beautance Arvostelua 

As of now, I am extremely excited about finding Beautance. The prices are great, although shipping is a little steep (but it’s insured). I will follow up should I find anything disappointing. As I said, I am impressed, and I will return!

Let me start out by saying I would leave zero stars if I could. The product I ordered was expired by 1.5 years. The initial call went well and the Beautance representative was nice and very helpful. He told me to just send the product back and they would send a non expired product and refund my shipping cost of $5.40 via check. However, when I called to see where the refund was or if it was on its way. The call was dropped and my number block by the company. Now, the shipping refund is not a big deal, but I caution you if you have a significant order and you need a refund. Buyer beware! I am filing with the BBB. Who blocks a customer's phone number? Sloppy business practice and very disrespectful. I doubt they respond to this review being that my email address is probably blocked as well.

My niece got married this past Saturday and another niece used this eye shadow pallete on both of us and I feel in love with it! I called Sephora and went to the Ulta stores and neither of them had this beautiful pallete. I found in on Beautance. Beautance may end up being my go to place!

It is fast easy and efficient the prices are great!

SCAM!!! I placed an order for $150 but my product never arrived. When I called the company, the guy tried to tell me I was never charged. He was adamant about it and offered to charge me again and have the product resent. I got on my computer to look at my bank statement and saw that I was indeed charged. The guy all of a sudden tells me that I was charged indeed and the product is on backorder. After a drawn out conversation, he told me that he is sending me a refund. I asked him for his name and he hung up. I called them back and left a voicemail but no one called me back. I know they are screening calls. I called my bank and so far there is no refund. I believe I'm being scammed. I am contacting Better Business Bureau. SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!

Purchased a Clarisonic from them and it came broken. I tried to contact Beautance several times by email and phone to get it exchanged but they never responded (despite advertising free returns within 30 days of purchase all over their website). I will never purchase from them again, and I guess I’m out $100.
