Beautance Arvostelua

Knock off Products! Won’t answer or return calls to return item. I did talk to someone once who said they would email return instructions. That email never came. Multiple calls and emails later, no response.

I ordered a Nuface Trinity. It arrived quickly. However I also ordered a different Nuface head attachment from another company. The attachment did not work, so I called Nuface. Nuface reported that Beautance is NOT an authorized dealer for Nuface. Therefore, the product they sent is most likely a knock off. Buyer beware!!!!

Thank you for offering competivie pricing on products I regularly use.

This cream is like no other. My daughter uses it and she's still young. I'm in my 50's and I highly recommend it!

Was so easy to find what I was looking for and good deals

Ordering experience was very easy!!! They have a lot of products a lot of other people do not have!!

I found competitive prices of Foreo Mini Luna 2 products on Beautance. So I placed 2 pearl pink Foreo luna mini 2 at $95 each. When I received the products, those didn't have an original seal on its box. I have bought Foreo on the main website so I can tell the differences immediately. There are no barcode sticker on its bag, no original seal on its box, different font on products, real foreo said made in china, and this one said assemble in Croatia. There is also note "ver1" next to name of product??? I have called time multiple times but there is always a voice mail no one answer or call back !!! I email them 10 times but no reply at all. There are people reviewing that they will never reply or answer the phone. I bought this product on Dec 17 and it has 30 day refund policy. Beautance demands that all returns must let them know so they can issue a return merchandise authorization form. Otherwise, they will not accept the return. I request Beautance issue the return form so I can return my products within the time frame. I don't accept the fact they kept silent until it pasts 30 days and not let me return the products when they sell fake products at the high price. Sound like a SCAM to me !!! I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS TO GET THE REFUND OF $195!!!

Easy check out... great price

Don’t buy from them! Extremely rude customer service and not true to what it says on their website about 100% customer satisfaction. Really bad customer service. I paid extra for 1 day shipping to ship an item and it was supposed to be shipped via FedEx to arrive in time for me to surprise my wife. To save themselves some money, they shipped via USPS, and the package has not arrived after 6 days now. I called customer service and I was told that there is nothing they can do and they don’t care if I write a bad review about their service. Such horrible customer service, don’t fall for the same trap that I did. They could not tell me why they did not ship via fedex. Buy at your own risk.

I had just left Dillard with the same items double the price then I happened to come across this web site. They had what I was looking for and the website was easy to navigate was quickly sent a email on my order with a confirmation and tracking. Love it. And oh did I tell you I save some money.

Beauteca.com & Beautance.com sold me fake Anastasia palettes- they visually resemble the authentic palettes when Pictured, but the pigmentation is sparse & off, the smell is almost unbearable, the weight, the names- it's all a con & I want my money back from this fraudulent business.

We have no idea what is in these pigments- Disgusting & Dangerous!

The website is easy to use and they have a wide variety of products

Very good company a+

Great Products at good price. Cant wait for it to come in.

Very pleased with my first shopping experience! Website is easy to navigate and prices are awesome! I saved nearly $20 on the item I purchased here over the lowest price I could find anywhere else.

I havent receive it, but I like the favt that there is a return policy if customers are not satisfied with if. Hopefully by the time I receive it there wont be a problem :) and Hopefully I will get my product before Christmas
