This company will do anything not to give you a refund. Their so called 'Customer Service' is so slow to reply and repeatedly issues standard emails rather than answer the complaint. Goods are poor quality and the whole process is painful. I will not buy anything from them again.

Very bad quality products, I love the design but it’s made from low quality materials and probably in a sweatshop. One pacakage got lost in the post and I got no help and was not refunded.

I bought one bag from here and i love the design and everything but it smells like a fish and it doesn’t come off at all for few weeks.

J'adore mon jean ! J'ai eu 2 paires et j'aime la coupe et la longueur des deux. l'un est légèrement plus lourd et l'autre est plus léger mais ils étaient au même prix. A part ça, je recommanderais à d'autres d'acheter

The customer service was RUDE, CONDESCENDING, and completely dismissive of a genuine question I asked regarding their totally inconsistent sizing. I pointed out that the sizes the SAME model wears on their site changes between listings (which they clearly do, from S-L), and instead of acknowledging the inconsistency or offering helpful clarification, they responded in a patronising tone and twisted my words as if I didn’t understand basic sizing.

Their sizing is all over the place, which is concerning… especially when you’re trying to make an informed purchase.

Won’t be shopping here, ever. If I could leave a NO STARS, I would.

I purchased a pair of pants marked as final sale after I carefully sent my measurements via email as I was wary that I couldn’t return the item. Beaulares recommended TWO sizes above mine (if not three) and I ended up with a VERY large pair of jeans. When I contacted them about it, they refused to process an exchange and didn’t take accountability for providing the wrong advice. Truly disappointing! DO NOT trust their customer service to recommend sizes and mostly do not trust them to do right by you when they make you order the wrong size. I will not shop again at Beaulares.

Awful, avoid at all costs!

I found the company through instagram and after checking the profile and website it seemed very legit. I placed an order for a pair of jeans. It took over a month to get here and I had to pay 24€ customs fees on top of the 60€ jeans.
After opening the package I immediately hated the item, it was the wrong colorway, the fabric was extremely thin and light and the fit was awful. I ordered a size XL and it was still too small, although I wear a size M usually.
I requested a refund and was told it was impossible due to my order being „final sale“ and that I couldn’t refund it. After I told them that I had received the wrong item I was asked to sent photos to proof that, however after doing so I haven’t heard back from them and it’s been two weeks now.
Avoid this stupid drop shipping company at all costs!

1. I tried to cancel my order and emailed customer support about it. They said they would cancel the order and then did not "due to an unexpected system issue" (which is absolutely a lie). They then said I could return it if I cover the shipping fee which is BS since the order should have been cancelled in the first place.

2. All of their pieces are just dropshipped straight from China - explaining the long shipping times - so the prices are ridiculous for the dogshit quality of the clothing. The jeans I received were extremely thin and coming apart at the seams, and I could barely tell if the fabric was even denim. In terms of quality, it's one step better than temu clothes if I'm being generous.

Do not fall for the Instagram marketing, pretty website, and blatantly fake testimonies from Vogue, LA times, etc.

DO NOT BUY!!!! Scammers. Parcel says was delivered to my home in Australia, shop app says it’s been delivered to some random place in the USA. DO NOT BUY!!!!

get the right size otherwise you will have to pay for a return to swap. One of the pants fit and the other one did not. they will swap though so its ok but should be free.

stuff takes long so bare that in mind. it's decent quality like in between zara and COS. Some stuff was better than others but as a whole and other than the shipping time it was all ok

Really regret not reading the reviews here first! It’s been weeks and item still hasn’t arrived, no idea where it is and certainly too late for the holiday I bought it for!
It wasn’t clear to me that the shop
was in china… now going to have to go buy the item elsewhere.

Every step of the order experience was a nightmare.

Took weeks for my order to arrive and when it did I had to return as they were way smaller than they should have been.

Had to email to request a refund and then they asked for photos of the item before giving me the address

I had to pay for the return and it’s been weeks and I haven’t heard anything. I contacted them to ask and they said they hadn’t received the item.

Stolen £60 from me

Never order from this store! It's the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

First, the products are of poor quality — made in China from polyester — and they look very cheap and poorly made.
Second, the return process is a nightmare. It's not automated — you have to email them, send photos proving the labels are intact, and then they simply send you their address. After that, you're on your own. You have to figure out how to ship it back, which shipping service to use, fill out customs declarations, and pay for everything yourself. If you need more information, you have to reach out again because they don’t provide any clear instructions.

I’ve just managed to send the item back. Now let’s see if I ever get a refund.
Awful store — it feels like a scam.

If I could give zero stars I would do that. It's simply the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Delivery took wayyyyyyyy too long - I waited basically a month and got no updates while wondering and waiting. Apprently it's shipping all the way from China, even though nothing was informing me of this... Then I recieve the jacket I ordered and it's a very poor quality in both fabric and fit - I instantly hate it and want to return it which is very difficult. I correspond back and fourth on mail with customer service who demands that I have to send pictures of the item
and so on before I even get to request a refund. Turns out return shipping fees are extremely expensive so it does not make sense for me to send it back... I hate this, honestly I'm so frustrated annoyed and spend a ton of money on an expensive shit quality jacket that I cant return! don't shop from this site

I placed an online order. It took ages for the item to come. It was terrible quality and a weird fit. I then had to request a return. The item has been delivered back to them, and still no refund. Customer service is slow and saying my return was not requested even though I’ve got proof via email. I’d avoid this company. Bad quality and terrible service.

Ik heb mijn broek nooit ontvangen. Op 31/01 plaatste ik een bestelling voor een broek van 80 euro. Aangezien ik van vrienden had vernomen dat de bestelling wel even op zich kon laten wachten, had ik veel geduld maar na 1,5 maand nam ik toch contact op met Beaulares om te horen waar mijn pakje bleef. Zij zeiden dat de broek op 15/02 was aangekomen. Ik was thuis, heb geen bel gehoord, geen pakje ontvangen, geen briefje in de bus van de leverdienst, niks. Ik moest van Beaulares contact opnemen met de leverdienst, wat heel stroef verliep. Ook terug met Beaulares contact opgenomen maar zonder resultaat. Eindstand ben ik 80euro armer en geen broek rijker...
Beaures heeft vandaag na 4 maanden mailen laten weten dat ze niks kunnen doen, behalve een korting op mijn volgende aankoop, lol.

Los materiales son de buena calidad y se nota que han prestado atención a los detalles. Lo único que mejoraría es el empaque, ya que llegó un poco dañado, pero el contenido estaba en perfecto estado. En general, es una excelente compra.
