Bad experience from start to finish. Delivery took weeks and when it did finally arrive I was not notified that it had been delivered to my neighbour to I had to chase them to figure out where it was.
The jacket was very poor quality and not worth the money I had paid, so I asked for a refund. I had to chase them about this 4 times, including messaging them on instagram because they stop responding to my emails. When I was finally able to sent the item back, I had to chase a further 2 times to get them to actually refund me - finally received the money today, almost a month after they received the return. Steer well clear.

Scam
I asked where my jacket is after it wasn’t shipped for a week. They said it can take longer so I waited another week . After three weeks I was done with it and I sleep for my money back . They also use pictures from other people who don’t even wear the jacket or it’s from another brand . The sizes are weird as well .
It’s such an unorganized , bad , scamming company .

Overpriced Temu clothing. Would not recommend buying from here.

I’m leaving another review as I am still chasing a return for an order placed on the 6th March even though the tracking said it was received over 2 weeks ago now!! They have now just stopped replying. Utter waste of time and money.

Ik heb een tas besteld via Beaulares. Na 3 weken pas een melding dat hij verzonden werd! Vervolgens komt het na 4,5 week binnen en komt het niet overheen met de foto. Tas stuk kleiner dan op de foto en de kwaliteit is erg slecht. Vervolgens wilde ik terug sturen, moet dat eerst aangevraagd worden waar ik nooit een reactie op gekregen heb. Grote scam, kan een keer gebeuren maar wil andere er dus voor hoede!

Ik heb zelf moeten betalen om het terug te sturen…. Verder ben ik al sinds 15 november bezig om een refund te krijgen. Belachelijk! Niet hier kopen, klanten service is shit

Købte en jakke. For det første: produktet matcher ikke det produktet der er vist online. For det andet: Da den ankom var der noget snavs på jakken som kunne indikere den allerede havde været brugt. Da jeg tager fat i kundeservice og oplyser dem om problemet bliver jeg bedt om at returnere for egen regning. Efter jeg svarer at jeg ikke synes det er i orden at jeg skal betale for returnering af defekt vare undlader de at svare. Køb ikke herfra.

Je mets une étoile car il n’est pas possible d’en mettre 0, le produit est digne d’un article shein, coutures de mauvaise qualité, coupe très mal pensée, les matériaux utilisés sont également de très mauvaise qualité et enfin le produit présente plusieurs défauts. C’est honteux de vendre des produits d’une telle qualité à un prix pareil. De plus en voulant renvoyer l’article j’apprends qu’il n’est pas éligible aux retours. A fuir

Sent the wrong item. Took them over 2 weeks. I didn't know that theyy are shipping from China. Also they don't offer free returns.

Son unos estafadores. La ropa es malísima, si quieres hacer una devolución tienes que mandarles 200 correos y buscarte la vida para mandarlo porque en la web no sale NADA. Te toca pagar los gastos de envío (40€) y han recibido la devolución hace más de una semana y de repente han dejado de contestar a los correos cuando les toca devolver el dinero. Vergonzoso, no compréis nada son unos timadores y la ropa es como la del Shein.

Most peculiar shop with apparently ‘angry’ customer service and zero communication. Best to avoid

Don't even bother!

Trying to initiate a refund. Emailed multiple times, contacted via the site contact form and no response. It's a shame the customer service doesn't exist as I would have ordered from here again. I do like the clothes but it's not worth the hassle. Lost out on a potential repeat customer. I'd advise against ordering here.

Ho acquistato sul sito incuriosito dall’ottima pubblicità su Instagram. L’esperienza sul sito nel momento dell’acquisto è stata fluida e senza particolari difficoltà. Tuttavia poi, spaventato dalle cattive recensioni, ho chiesto tramite mail che il mio ordine venisse annullato, e nel giro di 1 giorno ho ricevuto la conferma di annullamento e in 1 settimana il completo rimborso. Per questa mia particolare esperienza non posso che valutare positivamente il sito, mi spiace non poter dire nulla sugli effettivi prodotti

Bought the twisted cardigan which came with a hole. Wrote them and even though it was christmas they wrote me back instantly and refunded me the money. I crocheted a flower in the hole and now its one of my fav cardigans ever. so comfy and great quality - and 10/10 customer service

I ordered the puffy bomber jacket a couple months ago and I paid about 90€ cause it was on sale. the normal price was then 120€. Now its normal price is almost 200€. I thinked about buying it for a while because it was pretty expencive but I liked how it looked and I thought it’s probably good guality cause it was over 100 euros. Turned out it was definitely not good guality. The guality of the jacket was NOT worth of that money and now it’s even more expensive. The material feels so cheap and the zipper fealt that it can break anytime and it did. I’ve had it for couple months and I’ve had problems with the zipper but now it broke and I don’t know if I can even fix it. Not a thing that should happen with a jacket that costs almost 200 euros. ALSO it looks different than in the picture. The material is not what I expected from the picture and and there wasn’t really detailes on the site about the materials. The sizes are also alot smaller than normal and there was no note about that.
So jacket didn’t look like in the picture, zipper broke after short use, cheap material, weird sizes. Does that sound like a jacket worth of a 200 euros? No. I feel riped of. Also so weird that the price has been lifted so much and now it’s ”on sale” to make people think they’re getting it cheaper but the lowered price is even a bit more than the normal price was a couple months ago. Never am I buying from beaulares again.

Beaulares have already received my return for 1 month. still no refund was received by us. I am very disappointed in their service. I think, and I also read this on Trustpilot reviews, that they are a dishonest company. Customers are being cheated!

Gewoon uit China. Labels eruit geknipt en nieuwe opgenaaid. Nep dus. Niet kopen.

After reading all the negative reviews i was very afraid my order will never arrive - it did take almost two weeks for it to come but i am very satisfied! The products look exactly like they are on pictures and the material is very soft so I recommend:)
