Due to international shipping and some delays around the Lunar New Year holiday, delivery times were a bit longer than usual — though I do want to gently note that this timeframe was shared on our website before you placed the order. Still, I completely understand how frustrating the wait must have been.

I also want to apologize that the printed instructions were missing from the box. It's possible the manual was lost during transit. We are currently working on a digital version of the instructions, which is taking a bit of time to complete. I promise you — as soon as it's ready, we will email it to you directly. You also asked about the insurance you paid for. The insurance ensures that if your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will send you a free replacement. If your order does arrive with any issues, please reach out to us — we will do everything we can to help you.
