Could be a little more forward with information on shipping instead of the customer having to reach out but great fulfillment afterwards.

They always have great options and deals going on. I just wish they were a little cheaper, but their products are great overall

I bought a 2 person Hammock it was actually nice and comfortable my issue is that after 3 uses it tore right down the center and we fell threw it. comfort 10/10 durability 2/10

I got my hammocks so quickly! So exciting. I can NOT wait to go camping and use my hammock. The colors on the hammocks are beautiful, they are exactly as shown if not better. I got the maroon and gray, blue and gray, icy ombre, and the crushed shells print. And since I got 2 free hammocks, I was able to gift them. Thank you so much Bear Butt for AMAZING American quality products. The material is soft, the seams are beautifully designed, and the straps are sturdy enough I could probably use them to tie down my kayaks (though I wouldn't, dead splattered bugs... gross....) I don't need any more, but I would gladly get one in every color. I can not say thank you enough for these beautiful hammocks and I can't wait to see what you all make in the years to come. I will definitely only be getting my hammocks form you.

The snake skins are amazing! The look great! They are large enough the I can stuff my hammock, under-quilt, and bug screen all inside.

The hammock has ripped after just one days use! Very disappointed!

From the ordering, shipment, set up and continued use of the product (Double Person Hammock and I bought the additional straps) it has been amazing. I'll order again and would recommend to friends and family.

Be careful ordering from this company. I made an order and added an item by mistake. I immediately contacted them in every method available on their site to cancel it. They never replied. They also don’t offer any order cancellation option on their site. They since shipped me the wrong item and now want me to pay to ship it back. Just beware and triple check your order or try a company that has customer service standards.

Bear Butt Customer Service representative was more than helpful to solve my problem. The products I ordered are great quality. I would definitely do business with this company in the future.

My first order had not shipped for over a month so I cancelled the order. After cancelling, my gift card that was used for partial payment, was not credited. I contacted customer service and they said they could not refund my gift card. After a dozen back and forths I was finally able to get back the credit to my gift card.

Overall a bad experience.

Bear Butt is always efficient and customer service is great. I've gotten a replacement without issue and they're quick to respond with any questions. Most of all, their products rock and their prices are better than the competitors of equal quality.

Still waiting on part of my order from almost 2 months ago, I was told it would ship after the 3rd of January it is now the 21st and I've been given no updates. I have been ordering from bearbutt since it was a startup and have never had this issue

Ordered a new hammock on Black Friday 2022 since I was having trouble getting a replacement on my previous BB hammock that had a tear. It’s now the second week in January 2023 and still haven’t received my hammock

I guess my order never went through so I hope my gift cards still have their full balance. Who knows.

I bought a hammock for my daughter for Christmas. She hasn't used it yet but she loves it.
