Not only did everything arrive timely and well-packaged but the love that wafted from the opening box flaps told this Bear he had made the right choice. I ordered a hammock and straps. The straps arrived without a problem. The hammock did not. After multiple attempts at contacting BearButt I finally received an email saying it was lost by their deliver provider and they would follow up shortly. It’s been a week, I’ve reached out and still no response. Hugely disappointing when a product ordered at the end of November can be here by Christmas!

Recieved the wrong Hammock. Took a little bit to get ahold of someone for help to get the correct one figured out. But Besr Butt made things right. They apologized for me slipping through the cracks. Let me keep the other hammock as well. Great service

Great product. Our two (bogo) quilts, snapped together, cover our king size bed with room to spare and keep us toasty when the wood stove burns down in the early am. Looking forward to spring when I can try them with our hammocks.
