Don't waste your time
I had a 10a.m. appt to get a quote for a new stall shower. I confirmed the appt via email and text and even called at 8:30 a.m.the morning of my appt. to confirm my 10 a.m. appt. At 10:35 still no one arrives and no one calls. I called Bath Fitter and was told that my appt was at 8:30 and the person who gives the estimates couldn't make it. So after confirming 3 times for 10 a.m. they still couldn't get it right. Find someone else because these people will waste your time. If this is any indication of how they conduct business and their product then it's good thing i'm finding someone else to do the job.

Tub liner was installed but not the…
Tub liner was installed but not the drain because installer did not bring correct part. Instead I was sent to try to find part, which was not available locally. The installer left without installing drain. Had to try to get part which as it turned out could not be installed. Two months later bathfitters installer came back to complete job. They wouldn't reimburse me for having to call a plumber. Would not recommend

Do NOT Call them they will sell your information and never leave you alone
I made an inquiry months ago and then the nightmare began. I now get constant calls from scammers -- sometimes from Bathfitters at different numbers which I block but there is always another number but mostly from scam loans which come from different numbers and have different AI messages. This fill my voice mail to the point where I can't get other calls My phone is useless to me. I would sue these people if I could get a hold of them. These are criminals. I don't believe there is a good business behind this and the whole thing feels like a scam to get people's phone numbers and go after them.
UPDATE: 7/12/26 After talking to customer service and being told I am definitely on the do not call list, I am still dealing with the fake loan scam calls that started after I first called them and have taken steps to avoid, AND BATH FITTERS just called me again today a Sunday btw. Truly relentless. Since I'd blocked another Bath Fitters number here is the one that reached out to me today: 516 217 3912.

As promised, they completed the work in one day and I was pleased with the workers, they were professionals. I stayed out of the way so they could do their job. After breaking my hip in December, I now feel safe taking a shower. I must also say it is beautiful. I talked to a couple of people in my area before doing this and after several years on both parties they are still pleased. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitters of Memphis, TN

We had our senior bath installation…
We had our senior bath installation done by your company on May 21, 2026 to May 22. 2026 by you employee VALD.
1 We were not happy at all with the cleaning job. Being seniors it was very hard for us to clean since my wife has a knee problem and awaiting knee surgery and see is allergic to dust.
2. One corner the silicone is not put properly to avoid future leaks. If the contractor can check it.

The Installers were Amazing
Ok, the installers, Luis and Newell were beyond efficient, friendly and professional. The resulting new shower is amazing. We had a horrible cracked leaking tub. The only minor issue we had was not reviewing the amended quote/estimate/work order. The nice hand held Moen shower head we wanted disappeared after we added the frameless shower doors. It would have been nice if someone at Bath-Fitter mentioned that, but things happen. They ended up crediting the value of it and I bought maybe a nicer one at the store. When the installers(awesome guys) finished and a regular shower head was there, we obviously were not super happy (thus the 4 out of 5) but Go with Bath-Fitter, the installers are awesome.

Quality Sales-Pitch, but I question the Materials they use!
Toni was trying her Best to make a Sale, engaging her Supervisor multiple times to get us to agree to thier Terms which went from ~$20,500 down to ~$7000 for a LESS than the material design we DESIRED! She spent ~4hrs here, and all we wanted was a General Price-Range! Note: thier materials used are similar to what you can purchase from a Menards, Lowes, or The Home Depot! They "may" have Certified Installers; but like I said, thier Materials are no better than you could purchase at a Big-Box Home Retailer!

The worst thing ever!!
The worst thing ever!!! Took them almost 3weeks to install had to redo it twice and then they couldn’t install the shower door properly. The base of the shower cracked twice as well and then wanted to charge my parents for it. The repairs left the shower looking like some child did it. Pay a little more and get it done properly cause these guys are a joke.

First Class Fabulous Experience
Our bathfitter agent Lindsey Hardcastle started us off on our wonderful journey down the Bath Fitter Burnaby road!
Starting with our agent Lindsey and ending with Mihael the installer every step of the well known Bath Fitter’s installation process was carefully planned and executed in a top drawer way! The communication and update process was also a factor in making everything easy and smooth. This was especially important as we live on a multi-residential co-op and things have to be done to a high standard according to our exacting co-op rules. We are so very pleased and the design of our new tub and shower system is the envy of our neighbours. We truly love it! Spending up on slightly higher end features (e.g. subway tile wall design) and the Moen fixtures including a fabulous rain shower head, and the elegant sculptural tub also made a lot of difference in the look and feel of our new guest bathroom. Many thanks to Lindsey, Mihael, and another young man and woman who were on phone duty on March 9, 10 and 11, when I had a lot of last minute questions and had the jitters about the renovation. Thanks so much Bath Fitter for a perfect and super fast reno!
