This is the worst cameras ever

This is the worst cameras ever
All what us saying about quality is no true
This camera can not read car plate reg from 5 meters during the day.I suffered big loses from theft and this cameras could not do anything
I spent all most 10000 pounds on 16 cameras and DVR plus installation since plug in from electrical source did not work
All them reviews are taken not from google
Its all false

Excellent customer service

Emailed customer service for advice as a client was thinking of ordering a bascom camera system and I'd never fitted one before.Responce was quick and answered all my questions,so I was very happy and told my client to place the order.

I had an issue with one of my cameras.

I had an issue with one of my cameras.
Phoned Bascom and spoke to a technical adviser who resolved my issues. He was very polite and very knowledgeable about the product.
My cameras are now working fine.
