This company has the best customer…

This company has the best customer service I have ever experienced
They are very polite knowledgable and can never do enough to help.
I have had one of their CCTV systems for years now.
It has never let me down and is as good now as when I first purchase it.
Well done Bascom excellent service and excellent products.

5 stars really isn't enough for this fantastic and extremely helpful Company. Very knowledgeable and assisting their customers is a joy, not a hindrance. Very rare these days. I would like to thanks Lauren's den Boon for all his kind patience and assistance in resolving our remote camera issues. Would not hesitate in making further purchases and would 100% recommend to my friends and family. What fantastic after sales and customer service. Thank you very much indeed. Aprile

They fixed it quickly

He managed to figure out how to fix my problem in no time at all. I'd been trying to fix it for months. I'd emailed the problem and they responded and fixed it within a few hours. You rarely get a response like that from any other company these days.
