I ordered 2 dresses.. they arrived dress #1 belt not included in package, dress#2 not the dress I ordered, thin belt. I notified them immediately I was told they would send a portion of my purchase price back. I said no that it was their error. After multiple attempts to rectify the issue they stated in order to receive a refund I would neet to pay return shipping and any tariffs due. I ordered their merchandise in good faith they are the ones that perpetrated fraud. Buyer beware!! Avoid this business!!

The dress I received didn’t look like in the picture. Poor quality. Asked for a return and they do everything to discourage you to do a return: If you confirm that you would like to return the item, please carefully review the return address and return procedure below.
Also, please make sure to send us a photo of the note. And provide the return slip number so that we can follow up on the return.

How to return?
The buyer shall bear the return shipping cost.
1. Prepare a piece of paper with the return order number or e-mail address and the SKU of the product (SKU is the text on the label of the package you received), as well as the reason for return. Place it in the package and send it back.
2. Please send us a photo with the return tracking number.
3. We will refund the purchase price after receiving and inspecting the item.
4. Please send it back through your local post office, do not use DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx or other courier services.
(If you choose one of the above fast shipping options, you may have to pay import taxes and delivery may be delayed due to the customs clearance process.

Don't buy because they're Chinese stealing videos from honest sellers, and in the package you'll find something completely different, especially rags.

I never liked the fabric, the color is different, the quality seems pretty different, the sewing is poor, it seems so cheap.I won’t wear it anywhere, sorry it is just waste of money 👎

The dress I received looks nothing like the photos, more like a Walmart Halloween costume than a real garment. The fabric is cheap and stiff, the seams are awkwardly placed, and the dress has absolutely no drape. It’s completely unwearable.
What’s worse is the return process. Communication is almost nonexistent instead of providing a return address, they keep asking endless questions. By the time they finish stalling, the “30-day from shipping” return window has already passed (even though it took ages to arrive). There’s no shipping label, no clear instructions, and no accountability.
This company doesn’t even deserve one star. I’ll give them half a star solely for their beautifully misleading photos. Save yourself the frustration and shop literally anywhere els

Mi sono innamorata di un vestito pubblicato sul sito, con qualche dubbio l'ho acquistato.
Primo : non ho ricevuto nessuna conferma dell'acquisto finché non l'ho chiesto esplicitamente tramite email, dopo una lunga attesa ho ricevuto il vestito.....una cosa oscena. Noto che la foto non corrisponde ne per il tessuto ne per il colore e nemmeno per il modello .
Impossibile anche rivenderlo.
Conclusione non sono stati capaci di riprodurre il modello.
Ora mi farò quattro risate per capire come avere il rimborso.

These jeans are perfect. I’ve been looking and trying on jeans for weeks. I can’t believe how well these jeans fit and feel. I’m a very happy lady now.

I ordered two items from this company. One, the white sleeveless jumpsuit with the large white bow.
I received NO BOW and a completely different white jumpsuit!

I also ordered a two piece sweat suit in a size larger than my own and it arrived so small that I barely got it on!
It also was pure polyester not a cotton blend or even an ounce of COTTON, and had an OILY SHEEN throughout the fabric which came off on my hand and skin!!!
When I attempted to reach the company the email address they offer goes nowhere and a response or contact cannot be made.

Also interesting to note that every review on here is 1 star w/ exceptions of ONLY 5 star FUll stisfaction reviews of the company. I'm calling Fake, fake, fake!I

I do not believe those 5 star reviews were made by actual customers! The pattern is highly suspicious. BEWARE of fly-by-night fake CHINESE companies that will not produce what they advertise and promise, as it's very difficult to get your $$$ back!

DO NOT order from this company if you expect to return anything. You return the item to China!! If you don’t wish to return you can be compensated a mere 15% of the cost. I chose to return to try and get my money back and the clothes are still in Customs after 4 months! Not worth it!! Go somewhere else.

Absolutely gorgeous! I can wear this top with so many different color leggings that I have. It was a great buy. Highly recommended♥️, very pretty top!. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this top to anyone who likes bright color.

I ordered what was supposed to be a linen top, HUH!!! Polyester.
Then the "Satin"pant suit.
It is a thick jersey.
I waited a month for it to come, and to my disappointment, it was the most horrible orange colours that I,ve ever seen. NOT what I ordered!!!
It looks hideous on me. I won't be wearing it.
Regarding RETURNS, they make it impossible to return the items, even though it is their mistake.
I received a mere refund of 15%. I paid a lot for it, and couldn't even get my money back.
I say to people wishing to purchase from them...BE AWARE!!! DON"T DO IT>.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A REPITABLE COMPANY>

I purchased two tops for over AU$80. I would not wear either. To me, the tops are poor quality, made with cheap fabric, have no real shape them and the fit could certainly be better. Overall, I do not see these tops as being exactly the same quality or fit as seems to be portrayed on their website. I would probably pay AU $10 for the two but even so, I would still not considerable them wearable. Certainly not value for money and unfortunately I would have to say buyer beware!

Ordered 3 colours of same top because they looked great on the ad. More fool me! Described as cotton/linen - they are viscose and polyester and horrible - shapeless and unwearable. Emailed and demanded a full refund on all 3 items. They offered me 15% on one and said I should return them at my expense (to China). Live and learn - don't touch this company.

I have now bought 5 blouses which I might add looks nothing like the pictures on their website although they are pretty but my first two I ordered came up small and I did check with their sizes I did email and they gave me the address to send back at my expense but you have to return within 15 days on receipt so bear in mind It takes over three weeks for the parcels to arrive so I think they would say they didn’t receive or they were returned late !! So I kept them and managed to sell them on to a friend so I ordered another lot but 2x bigger they all had the size on the package but when I opened them they were the same size as before I have emailed to complain but we will see what response plus I tried going on their website and it’s conveniently unavailable! So I think they are scamming.

I did not receive my item that I ordered only because they did not put my full address on it. They only want to refund half of what I paid because of their mistake. So ridiculous.
