Time to lose your money. Get ripped off. The clothes looks nothing like the website pictures. The print is so poor it’s laughable, the cloth is so thin and polyester you will look cheap, and the clothes are cheap. Buy cheap look cheap. Shipped from china by bad business - forget about returns. Just lose your money, and move on. Been there. Got juped so you don’t have to. Your call.

Opazity had the same dresses and displays as Elevenforest which scammed me. This suggests that they run the same buisness under different names. Do not order from them

J'ai commandé une robe sur le site . Site très bien fait, illusion parfaite: on vous fait choisir la taille etc. Le suivi est lui aussi nickel : en cours de fabrication, a quitté l'usine, est au port, est arrivé en France, dédouanement, va quitter l'entrepôt...puis est livré. Sauf qu'il n'a jamais été livré , et je ne sais même pas s'il a été fabriqué!
Je me suis bien faite pigeonnée, l'adresse mail de réclamation est surement fictive aussi. Bref, la même histoire que pour les copines. On paie, ils encaissent et RIEN. Donc à FUIR ABSOLUMENT. ARNAQUE avec un grand A

Pedí un vestido hace más de un mes y no me ha llegado nada.

I ordered from Opazity two months ago and still haven’t received my shipment. I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times with no response. Very disappointed

The package never came. (Switzerland) the weird part is, there’s a fake tracking with information that can’t be true. It said it’s delivered on a Feiertag Karfreitag, where never something will get delivered in the first place. But they didn’t know that so….. very weird

Lamentable que después de un mes y medio de esperar el pedido, lo marcan como entregado en el domicilio cuando nunca ha llegado.
No puedo opinar de la calidad de los productos porque nunca llegaron.
Lo que es lamentable también es que no tengan una opción para poder contactar con ellos, más que un triste correo al que nunca responden.
Creo que es un fraude. Cuidado con esta empresa

I have not received my order although it says delivered. I've contacted the company 4 times about this and have gotten no reply whatsoever. My advice....DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I never received my order. It has ben labeled as delivered but never came. The day/time when supposed to be delivered I was home, but no show! They do not replay on the support email!!!!!

Opazity a livré ma commande (tardivement) en France alors qu’elle était prévue en Belgique. Toujours aucune réaction de leur part malgré deux emails !

This is a scam company. They have wonderful products advertised on Facebook and Pinterest , and promise a money back guarantee. You certainly won’t get the item you think you ordered, just some cheap article . If you want to return it to China you’ll have to pay twice what it cost you in postage! Don’t touch them. Buy from Amazon , EBay or a regular retailer.

I ordered a dress 40 days ago- the tracking is showing that it is still in China. Total scam!
