Barosa Property Arvostelua

The speed of turn around and immediate dealing with issues and queries is remarkable.
I have dealt with many managing agents for the last 40 years of my experience as Estate Agent in Central London W1, and I rate Barossa on top.

Always attentive and very good at communicating all aspects of the flat management to owners and tenants. Personal touch from Sandeep and his team was a great comfort and I always felt like they went the extra mile to help with any queries.

Very helpful company. Sandeep at Barosa is always approachable and he will make sure the problem get solved

Our flats RTM chose Barosa for their great value with service. They have delivered very well, I have NO
issues contacting Barosa ANYTIME, Sandeep is fantastic and helpful. For the last 2 years they have been approachable, proactive, informative, friendly, knowledgeable and clear about information they share with the many flats.
During the lockdowns and since they have also held virtual meetings for each block of flats to share and discuss relevant issues. They keep in touch speedily through email and send out important information via email and post (latter e.g. for tenants). They are very easy to contact via phone or email and they're v.quick at responding too.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

ps. Just as a note we used to have firstport previously. Barosa have been nothing but fresh air anyway and, in comparison to the previous management company, we should have moved to Barosa years ago! Would have got real day to day and long term issues discussed and resolved infinitely quicker.

I’m happy with the property management company Borosa at Fieldview. Always very responsive and attentive. Their service lives up to our expectation.

Brenda was very kind to have reverted to my query. And I have to mention, she was very quick in her response and concise.

Brenda is very prompt with her response and resolution even during the weekends.

What a helpful and responsive bunch! Willing to listen and proactively help where possible :) Very positive.

We have been using Barosa as our new management company for about 6 mouths now. They have been amazing, going above and beyond what is expected of them. If I could give them more stars I would. I would also highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Barosa for everything you have done so far.

Very good value for the excellent service they provide at Geneva Court property. Always on top of all the issues and communicated very well to all owners. Cost of service charges have been kept very reasonable. They are excellent in managing all aspects of the property.

Looks after the buildings well, efficient with queries and responses. Highly reliable.

Barosa have now been the managing agents for our block for the last 3 years.

In that time they have performed to a very high standard. Any issues that I have raised have been dealt with very swiftly and in an effective manner.

Barosa has proved to be invaluable in its breadth of coverage of all those elements that make up building maintenance. It has the knowledge, experience and connections to solve problems quickly and pays attention to the details. Barosa reliably guides the building maintenance in all areas and, although our relationship is young, we are glad we have chosen them.
