The fact they the did deliver Barner glasses to my hometown Kyrgyzstan, shocked me.
And it took only 1 week to get my new glasses.

As an office I needed blue light glasses, and once I got them, I'm more than happy.
They are high quality and looking awe!

Best blue-light blocking glasses I have ever tried and just after using it for almost two days on screens as an architectural designer, I've started seeing results. These are amazing glasses and they are light and comfortable. Surely will recommend people to own a pair.

First time buyer. Super easy order process. Arrived super quickly. So comfy i forget i'm wearing them. I'm a designer so in front of screens too much of the day and already feel a benefit even if the science is still up in the air. Anything I can do to minimize eye damage and poor sleep i'll give a shot and so glad I chose these. Price point, strength and quality are excellent!

Barner notified me in advance, though I had to go through an ordeal of custom's formalities. Where the company refunded 30% of fees paid.

I've been struggling with the shipping company not being able to deliver to my address. But Barner customer service did their best, they helped me to communicate with the courrier, supported throghout the process and at the end I got my amazing glasses! Keep it this way, guys!

A small piece of my blue-light glasses broke off, resulting in the temples of my glasses coming out at a weird angle and preventing me from wearing them properly. I reached out to the Barner team and they quickly responded and offered to replace my temples free of charge - I only had to pay a small shipping fee. I am very impressed with the speed at which I received my new temples and with the customer service overall!

UPDATE: I was very upset because I expected a 2 days delivery, but it took super long to arrive
I finally received my glasses, and I'm happily surprised by the very good quality!
it took 13 days from the order to the delivery, but it was worth it at the end. I also got a refund of the "express delivery" thanks to the customer support manager (Olesia) for the reactivity. I will definitely re-order again using the discount code provided. thanks again.

PS: I changed one star to 5 stars without being asked.

fast delivery proposed for free (my order was above 130€) but I preferred the super fast (2 to 4 days) 6 days are gone now and still 'being prepared' the customer service stoped replying after the first email!!

First pair I bought was great. 2nd pair had a problem with the prescription (the lenses were to big for the frame type I ordered). The customer service was great, and they offered a full refund or a replacement pair.

Since I opted for a replacement of a cheaper frame (the one I had and worked before) I asked for a refund for the difference and got it.

Honestly, the communication with the support team on facebook messenger was superb. Highly recommend.

I have bought different products from them before buying the Valley backpack, and they have always delivered good products.

This time I bought the Valley Backpack as a pre-order from their website just after the Kickstarter campaign ended.

Due to the pandemic, it was delayed, but they gave good information, and feedback. Got the backpack a couple of days ago, and it is exactly what I hoped for.
