My and my friend's glasses were unfortunately broken. After a number of emails we received new glasses and we only had to pay the shipping costs. I'm glad Barner solves such problems so well. :-)

Ao reportar o meu desagrado e a meu pedido, enviaram-me o segundo através de outra transportadora. Chegou super rápido...e sem cobrarem custos adicionais! O serviço pós-venda é excepcional! I placed an order 15/02/2023 and their website clearly said I will get my parcel within 5 working days but till today no sign for delivery 25/03/2023 .
I contacted them yesterday and they just apologised and said they will place order manually again. Won’t buy anything from them. Waste of time and money….

Update regarding the reply,
I think I miss my point my disappointment is not that after 5 year You didn't find oki returning the glasses, my disappointment is about the fact that your product isn't backed by science and your claims are not transparent in any ways.
If I am taking what this platform saying 1 and 2 star are negative reviews some 20% of the reviews are negative it says something about your products.
You said that I have give one star for a brand with similar policy that you have if you had the curiosity to check there reviews is below 3.8 stars.
I find your reply quite unpleasant and I don't really understand why you what to discredit my opinion.

I truly believe that buying this glasses was my worst spending decision ever.
I have them since 2018 I have tried to wear them but every time I did I haven't notice any difference quite the opposite it was very uncomfortable the way I felt when I put them off.
The quality of the frame and the lenses were a joke.
Again I saying it I don't have enough words to describe I wrong I was to buy them and I was stupid to buy to pairs.
So I really advice you not to buy them they are useless instead buy a good quantity of uv glasses.
Very disappointed I don't know what to do with them really..

I got my first pair of Barners in 2020 and loved them, but what has stood out has also been their super fast, helpful, and personal customer service. The color I wanted was not available in prescription, and when I asked about it they were able to use what they had in stock to make it work, and they made sure my glasses arrived quickly as I was also organizing a move. Could not be better!

It's the second time buying from barnerbrand. I love their glasses and the reason I bought new ones was that my dog ate the og's. 🐶

Such an amazing experience with Barner! I had an issue with my glasses and their customer service was top notch helping me resolving the little problems I had in a super helpful and friendly way. I just had the best experience with the customer service ever! I needed some help, sent an email and got a reply the day after, they took care of what was needed to be solved and even got a gift! They were so sweet and helpful I truly was not expecting that but oh wow! And the glasses are just as great as their customer support! Thank you again!

The glasses have helped me with my eye strain from looking at the computer screen for long hours. My sleeping hours have improved also. Customer service is the best, except dhl courier who made it horrible.

We just love the glasses, how low weight they have. Super fast delivery over 2.000km away. Also love the quality of the lenses which are having a high scratch resistance.

Attention, service client mauvais.
J’ai commandé via envoi express des lunettes qui sont arrivées griffées. J’ai reçu ensuite uniquement les verres et un tuto pour les remettre moi même. Vu le prix, remettre des verres (il faut forcer, c’est très compliqué) est vraiment honteux. L’erreur vient de leur entreprise mais je devrais garder des lunettes dont le verre n’est même pas correctement remis ?
Mauvaise expérience, je ne recommanderai plus sur ce site. En comparaison, il existe plusieurs autres sites plus fiables dont j’ai déjà fait l’expérience.

I received the glasses and wow, satisfied... delivered in less than 2 days... nice packaging.. .and glasses are very nice... they clearly block the blue light and compared to my other PC glasses that have 0.25 diopter these seem to have near 0, which I think is a good thing

Barner were so wonderful in their assistance, I accidently ordered glasses with prescription lenses rather then non prescription and they sent lenses out to me for free and all I had to do was cover the shipping cost. This was great as it was my own mistake in the first place.
The glasses are also great quality I would highly recommend

If you are looking for great looking and quality glasses for less consider Barner, my glasses delayed due to supply issues, but Ismael kept me up to date with order status and because I was impressed with them, I ordered a second pair which arrived quickly. The blue light technology on them is another reason i highly recommend them. Like any new glasses, the first 2 - 3 days takes getting used to but after that, you will wish you had got them earlier.
