Bargain Car Rentals Australia - Cairns Airport Arvostelua

Friendly staff, affordable prices, good quality cars.

I was Greeted well by staff
All Friendly staff including the shuttle drivers who were prompt and polite.
Car was clean, and well maintained.
Easy drop off
Good all round.

I had to pay insurance twice i should get a refund

I found the staff very frendily

Staff were amazing. Car was clean tidy and perfect. Shuttle bus was great except its obvious i had surgery and no assistance lifting bag into the back.

It fulfilled my expectations

Very nice staff, easy to use shuttle service and a clean, well appointed cars.

Really great experience professional and great staff and a great price
Niki was great when I was returning the hire car !!

The car was good, but the staff when picking up the car used a lot of scare tactics to try to purchase their insurance when I already told them I had my own. Also, the pickup and drop off service with the shuttle buses took over 30 minutes each way waiting for staff despite only being 5 minutes away from the airport. That wait was a bit disappointing. Not sure I would use their shuttle service again.

Good service quick pick up at airport and car was ready for pick up at depot.

Friendly, respectful and professional. Great people who made us feel comfortable and took the pressure “off” when we (the customer) felt under pressure

I had good customer service when picking up the car. However the service on returning the car the lady was amazing. I didn’t get her name

Overall it was a good experience especially bringing the car back, no fuss, very easy! On collection there was a bit of confusion over the insurance - if you book through a third party watch out for that, better to book direct with car hire.
The car itself was great.

Easy, Fast and Helpfull

I have already commented staff were great just an improvement on systems needed.

I've booked several times with Bargain and they are easy to book with, always have the best price, easy to follow instructions and find at the airport, the wait is short, and very professional when collecting the car and returning the car.

Thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience from booking online to the greeting from the friendly, helpful team at their site. The vehicle we drove off in was near new, quality, clean, full of the latest tech and extremely economical which is fantastic considering the current price of fuel. Pricing was also a key factor as Bargain hit the mark. Having that added freedom of being able to tour around the area at will was invaluable as there is so much to see and experience around Cairns and Port Douglas. But wait there's even more...... the return check in is unequivocally the best service I've experienced with the bonus shuttle run to your departure terminal. Well done Bargain team, keep kicking goals and stay sensational. Greg - W.A. 🐊🏆🇦🇺

My car was booked in by your firm to be collected in Brisbane with the wrong pick up date for which I was charged as a non collect.

Advertised as at the airport.
No way ever again.

The tracking of the shuttle bus didn’t work so we had no idea when or if we would be picked up. It’s all automated voice so you can’t call anyone. When we finally did get to the office it was total chaos and we had to wait while the car was cleaned.
