Barbour ABI Arvostelua

Fantastic service from Barbour ABI, my initial enquiry via the online chat answered me back within 5 minutes, answered my questions, then suggested a Teams session with Lynsey Oxton to go through my enquiry in greater depth. First class service throughout, thank you very much

Lira helped me out over a chat window. She was proactive and got my problem resolved. I am very happy with the customer service.

They wanted to ensure I was getting the most out of the system we're paying for.

I recently needed help with a new feature on Barbour ABI's continuously evolving website. My experience with their customer service, especially with an agent named Lira, was nothing short of excellent. She quickly and efficiently resolved my query through the chat messaging facility. This interaction highlights Barbour ABI's commitment to user-friendly innovation and top-notch customer support. Kudos to Lira and the team for making my experience seamless and positive. Highly recommended for their dedication and responsiveness.

Lira delivered excellent customer service as she always does and helped me with every obstacle. I believe they should pay her more!

Really chuffed with the service received and the product too! As a new customer, I wanted to find out how best to get the system to work for me, rather than me having to work how the system pushed me to. Lynsey quickly booked a training session with my colleague and I and showed us exactly what we wanted and how to automate a lot of stuff too - very happy - I'd give 10 stars if I could but there's a cap at 5 stars!

I can't believe this company has just got good reviews, makes me think this is suspicious.

We (tried to) cancel after the first year due to having inaccurate data, we were working on a job and the contractor (our client) was completely different on Barbour ABI.

Anyway, we cancelled 2 days after the renewal, they charged us a full year's worth of service, we are currently taking this legal with an aggressive debt collection company which they passed this to. Avoid at all costs.

I logged in to find a project but couldn't find it with the traditional search terms so I sent a message to the live chat. Lira responded quickly and found the project immediately. Excellent customer service.

Marc Johnson at ABI was very helpful in providing insight into effective searches for key sectors, I found the session very informative.

We’re an international organisation that sells security fencing to the worlds most iconic sites.

Our UK operation is still in its infancy and we looked to Barbour, and their competitors, for support in streamlining our lead generation and project identification.

Barbour by far exceeded expectation and the support we were given by Tim Maddocks has been second to none. For the small initial investment we have gone for Tim has treated us like I imagine he treats his highest paying accounts.

I cannot rate Tim and Barbour highly enough.

Great live platform, simple to navigate and clear instructions from account manager Carla. Excited to use this and see how it benefits our business. Kathy

Barbour ABI is intuitive and insightful to use, even for the new user, intuitive software coupled with a really helpful and responsive help chat with Lira it's easy to keep growing in knowledge of the system as you go along. Grow as you go !

Barbour ABI has been a huge help in developing our specification business'. It is a great tool and really easy to use with so much included. Jayne is exceptional in giving training on how to navigate the features to best suit your needs, and it was a great experience to visit head office where Matt gave me a tour of each department. All staff were friendly, professional and a pleasure to meet.

Had an amazing experience with Kate Biddle today, assisted with all my enquiries.

without ABI my job would be so much harder. They are always able to respond to the queries within minutes, will do research on the merest snippets of information and somehow come up with the goods.

Kate Biddle has been superb whenever i have dealt with her and Barbour ABI. I highly recommend and the service is first class.

It is an easy to use platform offering reliable and up to date information on most projects coupled with fantastic customer services and quick responses. Highly recommended.

Excellent communication from the whole team. No pressure in signing up and very helpful in organising a trial of the product and service.

Great Help from Marc & Lira this week, been super helpfull with all my enquries!!
