Barbour ABI Arvostelua

Barbour were great to work with! We haven’t ever used a service like this before but we’ll definitely be renewing in the new year! Fay was particularly helpful and always a pleasure to deal with! Especially when we were first starting out she made the whole process go so smoothly.
I have recommended them to other businesses too.

Every member of staff I have spoken to has been extremely helpful and explained everything in great detail. I would highly recommend.

First of all Barbour is an absolutely brilliant tool for lead generation in the Construction Industry. I really can't do my job to the level I like without it.

Second of all the team are all great. They are clued up and patient with their clients.

Thirdly, I'd like to give a shout out to Jenny Wood, she's always looking to go that extra mile for us. First class Account Management with a smile. Any issues or help needed and she'll be there for us.

Highly recommended.

Support from Lira on a technical matter was highly efficient, friendly and supportive.

Great service , very quick response . Thank you Lira Mitchell !

The support and willingness to help from everyone i have dealt with at Barbour ABI has always been above and beyond, especially from Carla and Meg.
Great to use and highly recommend

Kate has been superbly responsive and efficient with the tasks we needed to complete - it has been very much appreciated - thank you

Had a small glitch
Kate sorted very quickly with no fuss

Nearly all the company information is out of date, job roles for companies are missing, the number of contacts is very low. They only really have information for the client and architect. For the same price as glenigans, this is ridiculous. Would not recommend this service.

Looking for some help on access levels etc. on Barbour ABI. Luckily Nathalie got in touch very quickly. Very helpful and excellent positive tone in all communications. Referred to another team and all looking good to get the correct outcome.
Excellent customer service/support

The Training session was great because it was tailored to my needs and Marc Johnson was deliberate on how i could use the platform better for my work and i really appreciated that.

Reliable and up to date information on most projects. I dealt with Kate Biddle who is very helpful.

Quick response to query and excellent information provided for a project I'm working on.

Jenny our account manager provided us with a clear overview of the ABI system and answered all our queries with patience and professionalism, Great job.
Brilliant platform for construction leads and intelligence, backed with excellent and friendly staff.

Quick response sorted my problem very easily

Very helpful and patient assistance from Lira.

Lynsey provided a great concise & effective training session. Provided insights into the benefits of the systems that made you want to utilize it more.
Great to get such a insightful & enjoyable experience.
