Innovative and easy to use UI, plenty of information on the projects within our regions and our sector.

Any issues we have had have been quickly addressed or taken into account by our representatives at the Barbour team.

Yesterday we had teams meeting with our account manager Gary from Barbour ABI. Our business ( BSE) wanted more CRM alignment with the Barbour software. Gary was was incredibly knowledgeable on how our business could be more efficient and make changes with data to optimise performance. Gary is a credit to the company offering solutions and outstanding customer service. Well Done Gary.

I have always found Barbour ABI to be a great business tool but for me it is the human support that is given, that is the best feature. Matt Cullum has always gone above and beyond to help me, nothing is too much trouble and he is always genuinely interested what I am doing and what I am trying to achieve. He is a great account manager!

Great system with a very easy user interface. Support is also great.
Leads are pretty up to date but like all in this field, gathering this information can prove difficult. I personally use ABI to give me an overview of the projects which I then feed into my project planning.

It is the worst company to use. Full of fake promises and rosy pictures. Got no connection whatsoever. Please save money and not get ripped off.

New to Barbour had a training session with Marc today which was very insightful it has helped develop my strategy for the sales team focus over the coming months using Barbour ABI

Don't waste your money!
We were promised up to date contact details for potential leads but around 95% of people had left the companies we contacted.

We had definitely been mis-sold this service by Barbour ABI and have tried to cancel it on numerous occasions.

They have now instructed a debt collection agency to recover monies owed for a non existent service.

Kate Biddle is my account manager and nothing is ever to much to ask; always on hand to assist with anything I require and always gets back to me quickly. Since having closer dealings with Kate, we feel we are getting more than ever before out of the software.

Jayne and Lynsey were excellent, their training really clarified how the website works and how helpful it can be.

AB Heritage have subscribed to Barbour for a few years now and the customer service is excellent. We use their services to support our marketing activities and I have found the data to be accurate and complete for the key data we require. I would certainly recommend to other small consultancies working in the construction sector.

Helpful, Responsive and Honest

Jenny was always very helpful in the time she was managing our account, we are now moving onto our parent companies license but I fully expect the same level of service will continue with our new account manager.

Lira, was brilliant, helpped me straight away, got me to understand the process and in the end also delivered some reporting which I was after, Barbour ABI and the team have always been great, they are at the very end of a call/email/chat online with a real person, I havent ever been left not knowing or having to chase them.

High recommend, used barbour for a number of years now within the construction industry! Highly recommend Jayne also as an accounts manager, couldn't ask for a more helpful manager.

The information is up to date and the staff are very friendly.

It's not often that customer service exceeds expectation however, in particular Sophie Bell and Dylan Roberts from Barbour ABI have committed their time, patience and experience to demonstrate how the platform provides invaluable information that has helped our business continued to grow. Needed some help online with the Admin function and Lira was there to help quickly and was very knowledgeable. It was easy to follow Lira's instructions and sorted my issue

Our Account Manager, Sophie has been a great help in setting up and explaining the uses of the Barbour platform. She has always responded quickly to phone and email queries, set up Teams calls to explain more complicated ways to use the system as well as liasing with our Engineers in order to fine tune the searches and reporting methods in a way that means we are getting a lot more out of the database.

Natalie was really helpful showing us everything Barbour ABI can do when exporting data, really friendly and very knowledgeable of the platform
