Your representative by the name of Mathew was really pressurizing me to make a depot and was really aggressive in his engagement despite telling him that I need more time to make a decision. He really became very stroppy in his tone. There was an annoying urgency that I did not like and understand. I have blown 3 accounts thus far, the last one was my biggest investment. My only question is that if my account manager can not give proper advice to what to trade, what is he there for?
The swop commission kills' most of the accounts!!!!

When withdrawing funds they say 5 days!!! We are on day 6!!!! Nothing received !!! Be careful people!!!! Looooooong stories when it comes time to pay out !!!!

This company is a total fraud
This company is a total fraud. I am reading the comments and all complaints are basically the same. Don't let the 60% 5 star rating fool you. It is easy manipulated by the company itself.
Money was invested and the support was there. The person that I worked with and that was giving advise, was changed regularly. There was no chance of building a relationship. The advise was given to buy a certain share for a large sum of money. I saw the market acting negatively and tried to contact my adviser to no avail. I was unsure what to do and waited for feedback. The market fell even further. Still I couldn't make contact with any of the advisers that used to advise me. I called the office but they never phoned back. Well, I lost all that money!! I trust this company as far as I can throw a feather. Be warned, there is much better and safer ways to invest your money.
