Negative experience overall
From the start I had a negative experience, buying into the platform for R4900 after it was advertised as an AI driven platform, which is a total lie.
Then the success first success manager gave me some options to go into, but I need to deposit more money, which in my stupidity I did. The market reacted in totally opposite direction, and I was put in position to keep on depositing money to keep my trade open. All the fees aggregated over time, and it was impossible to turn back. A second success manager was appointed, because they know the first one made a big mistake. He then pressured me into depositing more money, which I did not have. Following his strategy and the platform signals did not help at all and I lost everything. Poor platform, the app signals do not correspond to the website. Also user interface is poor as you cannot get view of all the trades you have, you have scroll up and down. If you are full time trader, it might make sense to use this platform, but if you have full time job it makes no sense. I would say this platform is average at best, much better and user friendly platforms out there with better experienced "success managers".
