Cea mai lacoma banca din romania!!!!!! Comisioane pentru orice, daca primesti o plata din orice banca din romania, PLATESTI comision, daca platesti la orice banca din romania PLATESTI, si asa mai departe!!!!

Aplicatia este foarte slaba (NEO BT) si oricum nu este fiabila, caci iti mai trebuie inca alte doua aplicatii sa poti face toate operatinile bancare, alte banci au numai un app care face tot si nu percep comisioane (exemplu libra bank)

Daca vrei sa inchizi contul trebuie sa mergi la sucursala la ghiseu!!!!

La alte banci nu trebuie, se poate inchide contul online, in aplicatie!

Ieri am sunat la telefon, 58 minute in asteptare, in final mi-au inchis telefonul!!!!

they are pretty good working with customers. they are responsive on Facebook and LinkedIn but also if you call them. the application is improving and they try to reduce their costs as well. I have closed my ING account and came here. ING were good as well but BT I think are a little bit better.

Terribile! After 1 year I returned in Romania and went at the bank to see how much money I had They told me that I don't figure in their database. Not one justification for what had happened. They couldn't find me. The second day I returned ti the bank in order ti ha e am answer. After 2 hours, they told me that They have inactivated my bank account because there has been no movimento. At the end I manager to have my money back. Of I wouldn't have insisted they wouldn't told me anything and my money have been lost. Thieves and Liars!

After a year and six months of using their services for my business operations, they silently activated a paid subscription option to send me account transaction reports via physical mail without my consent. I had to call and cancel this option after already receiving the document in the mail and being charged for it. Horrible way to treat customers.

Avoid this bank if you can.

M-am conectat la chat pentru ca aveam sms blocate, dupa ce am gresit o tasta din cod ,si a raspuns o anume
Anca Carmen ,mi-pus cateva intrebari dupa care ma lasat sa astept 14 minute ,nu a mai raspuns deloc am incheiat chat-ul.nu stiu de fel de relatii cu clients au, daca au asa angajati si ce fel de sistem au de iti blocheaza sms dupa o singura greseala

They are in an european program which gives them 80% of total amount of a borrow, under a "program" name "BTMic" so they say that they give you 100% and 80% comes UE, but in fact they actually give you just 80% and the rest of 20% they take it when you get the money, which makes them a bunch of thieves, their staff is not trained at all, they have no idea of what they give, informations makes no sense from a bank to another, horrible experience, I even tried to make a complaint, and it says on their website to call their official contact number for that, we ended up with a closed call, they did not allow me to do the complaint, unprofessional is the perfect word for such people.

If I can give 0 star will be wonderful. Very bad service two speed slow and more slow "priority " really to close the acount . The lady wasn't polite at all she told me to wait after 45 min on the queue because someone have appointment and they have priority . How discriminate. That is the reason why everyone should have international account. Don't make a mistake to open account on Banca transilvania gherla

Serviciile Bancii Transilvania sunt din ce in ce mai de joasa calitate. Azi am stat 45 de minute in asteptare ca sa imi inchida ei call ul fara sa vorbesc cu cineva.

terrible customer service by the call center, after telling me they cannot help with my request (even though it was very simple and not a problem at any other bank I've used so far) they hang up the phone in the middle of my sentence!!!

There must be laws for preventing such entities to be in business! I had no say in becoming an acquired customer of this bank post their merge with another. I have now been without access to my own money for more than three weeks. I am still waiting for this bank's representatives to contact me with their proposed reparatory measures.

I've been transferred to this bank after mine closed down.. Horrible experience with customer service, not willing to help with anything.. Spent hours on the phone juts trying to get my iban account number..They literally hang up on me several times.
Comssions and internet banking isn't anything to recommend.. I can't understand why they are still in bussiness..
I can't see any good details on this bank and can't t recommend anything on this bank.. Just don't get to use this!!! 🥺 Such a poor experience I didn't have in a lot of years..

atentie mare au comision de 5 lei la orice tranzactie.si daca primesti si daca trimiti tot o sa fii taxat 5 lei.
Niste hoti,Mi sa spus ca e greseala mea ca nu am citit termenii si conditiile.

Relatiile cu clientii lasa mult de dorit.
Nu se rezolva niciodata problema timpului de asteptare, exista mereu cozi in fata bancii, ma simt umilia constant de situatia in care sunt pusa de cate ori solicit serviciile Bancii Transilvania la toate sucursalele din Galati.

Horrible customer service! Beware!

1. I forgot the login ID on my NeoBT account and called the helpline. The helpline sent me to a live chat customer support for NeoBT. The guy that was on the other end of my live chat just straight up disconnected from the support chat and left me hanging with no reply as to why. He just wished me goodbye and left.

2. One of my credit cards got stuck in one of their ATMs. I contacted the customer support which redirected me to my other credit card's customer support and when I told them that it was an error with their ATM and I have the receipt that it gave me with the error printed on it, they said that the card will be sent to my hometown. The card took ONE MONTH to arrive back to me, and when it arrived they couldn't tell me on the phone which branch has received it.

3. Their ATMs NEVER work properly. In my hometown all of the ATMs stop receiving deposits for no apparent reason and this is happening intermittently for over a year now.

In conclusion, BAD customer service and incompetent people. Banca Transilvania you should really hire more competent guys from now on.
I will be switching to another banking provider.

I had a poor experience with a rude gentleman working there, but next time when I went to the bank, their branch manager apologised for him . All other personell were very nice and polite.

Very very disspointed! Huge waisting time. Not possible to speak with someone, waiting 30 min on the phone and disconnected after. They don't allow me to withdraw more than 500 Lei/transaction, 100Euro!!!
Foarte dezamagit de serviciile lor. Am sa fac tot posibilul sa gasesc alte modalitati financiare pentru Romania. Nu au respect fata de clienti si nu pot intra in legatura cu cineva. Te fac cu capul! Cer comisioane sa scoti bani daca mergi la banca, iar cu telefonul de la bancomat maxim 500 lei. Bataie de joc.
