Bought some speed runner trainers from balenciaga paid 685 , worn a handful of times over a 7 months period and they have all come away inside and cut all my feet , I have been rejected from balenciaga they said it’s my fault the trainers are like new outside but they won’t take responsibility for a faulty pair of trainers , will never order or buy from this company ever again absolutely disgusting

They deliver my parcel to somewhere else
I called they laughed at me for losing my parcel it was worth £1,470
And still don’t want to do a refund or replacement.

Ich habe die Schuhe gekauft und bin zu sehr enttäuscht darüber wie sie mit mir umgehen bei Reklamation.
Die Schuhe sind Schrott und hätte es mir auch nicht gekauft wenn ich vom Skandal vorher erfahren hätte. Lasst lieber die Finger davon.
800€ habe ich für die Schuhe bezahlt und nur 30 Tage Garantie !!!!! Ekelhaft 🤮

Rude unhelpful customer service refusing refund or exchange for a Christmas gift. The gift was purchased on nov 24th. Too late for a refund by one day.
Phone lines and live chat were not working after Christmas so no customer service available.
Very disappointing customer service

Even satanic books and court case on child pornography proudly stands in their marketing material for Christmas, with children in the photo. It's all in hidden sight, and they laugh at unsuspecting clients/victims. They even apologized and deleted some of their marketing photos in December 2022 after public reaction. Disgusting.
