I bought a shirt for my husband. The quality is so bad that after one wash the shirt actually tore. When I went back to the store they lied and said we will send to Paris for evaluation. It will take 3 weeks. After 4 weeks I contacted them and the staff said its your fault take it back we can’t do anything. After I questioned where was it sent for evaluation. They said it wasn’t send anywhere so they lied earlier. And being such a big brand the staff was so damn rude no one would listen. Ideally any good brand would replace it or give store credit. They didn’t even bother to at least get it fixed. I paid $1600 for a bad quality shirt. Any local brand quality is better than Balenciaga

Mio marito mi ha regalato le triple S. Che volevo da più di un anno, quindi immaginate la felicità. Als aller erstes möchte ich ihnen mitteilen das ich Balenciaga sneaker Liebe. Leider hatte ich bisher kein Glück mit Balenciaga sneaker weil ich zum 5.mal reklamieren musste.

Immer wieder gab es Risse an der Sohle und am Stoff.

Diesesmal wurde mir einfach der sneaker nicht repariert oder ein Gutschein ermöglicht.

Ich möchte jetzt mein Geld zurück.

Mir reicht es auch langsam.
Meines Erachtens ist der sneaker 795€ nicht wert.
Den letzten habe ich nicht mal 3-4 Monate und alle anderen hatte ich ebenso getragen. Traurig aber wahr.
