Balance Coffee Arvostelua 362

Ive ordered from balance coffee twice now. Both times ordering there best seller bundle. I cant stress how good this coffee is.
I use the ninja luxe coffee machine. I previously tried many brands of coffee and I just found me and my wife would get the jitters after. We aren't heavy coffee drinkers 1 cup a day and 2 cups at the weekends.I was hesitant to spend as much on the coffee from balance coffee as its a bit on the pricey side. But im so glad I did.
After finishing my first batch of the best selling bundle I was quick to to reorder. The coffee gives me that boast I need in the morning but without the awful jitters I was previously getting. Excellent service also. With free gifts with orders. Thanks balance coffee

SCAM site. no sign of order.

I placed the order for a coffee lover for their birthday, the order qualified for free 1-2 day delivery as it was over the spent limit.

3 days letter the coffee has still not been dispatched, and as others have said - the customer service is none existent.

Don't bother ordering here, if I don't receive a full update today i'll be making a chargeback with my bank.

This coffee is excellent being organic and mycotoxin free, a very pleasant coffee with no bitter after taste. I am really enjoying it.

I have been drinking the stability blend now for six months. It tastes and smells amazing. Never had an issue with delivery.

I love Balance Coffee! After trying many others, I always come back to Balance. Apart from the great taste just knowing how well this coffee is researched and made makes a huge difference - health is important and I feel Balance know this ❤️

I've been drinking Balance Coffee for a year now. Every time I make a Coffee, I'm delighted I found them. After a bit of 'back and forth' at the beginning, trying to refine the grind, I ended up with Rotate Espresso Cafetiere. I love the smooth texture and the great taste. But, the but I love the most is the ethics behind the coffee. I won't be ordering elsewhere anytime soon!

I’ve tried many independent and speciality coffee houses and online sites ‘at home’ offerings and have never really been blown away by anything. Balance has changed that and I’m now completely obsessed with my cafetière. The coffee from Balance is simply in a different league to anything else I’ve tried, it’s fantastic. I would implore anybody to give it a try, I don’t think you’ll look back! Customer service is decent too, can’t fault that either.

Communication with the company is excellent. Delivery is fast, and the coffee (Darkfire Energy) is excellent. Highly recommended.

So far I can only say that I ordered this coffee to this company because I was not able to find another brand of similar quality in Spain or the rest of EU. What I did not know because I was not informed during purchase is that appart from paying €11 for shipping costs to Spain (that is acknowledged and was informed through the purchase), I would have to pay €56,58 to clear customs in Spain. A coffee worth 16€, has finally costed €86,56. Honestly, I believe this is a shame. I won’t place further orders in the future. I haven’t yet received the package and was ordered last 30/4, so I cannot tell if the quality is really in line with expectations. Surely in the UK domestic market this brand works perfectly well, but it’s not suitable for imports within EU.

A promotion requesting feedback in return for a discount enticed me to take the time and upload a short video to the Balance website. However when it came to applying the code for my next purchase I couldn’t get it to work.

Customer Services assured me it was the correct code and I tried again for my subsequent purchase the following month to no avail. Eventually after more email contact with Balance Customer Services it became apparent that the discount did not apply to subscribers, of which I am one.

I was disappointed that loyal customers had been targeted with a promotion that they couldn’t claim the reward for and voiced this to the team.

The issue was escalated and they agreed that the promotion should have been clearer and honoured the offer by processing a manual refund for the discount offered. I’ve always found they Customer Services team to be of the highest standard, polite, quick to respond and really wanting to do the right thing. They would have got five stars if they could have identified the actual issue regarding why the discount code wouldn’t work for me sooner. As far as the rest of my experience it is a clear 5 stars. I will remain a subscriber as their Rotate Espresso is by far the best coffee I’ve ever drunk.

I ordered a La Marzocco linea mini which was shown as in stock the order was cancelled without any explanation. Very poor service avoid.

Delicious coffee, great customer service

On my second order now and the coffee genuinely is excellent. I ordered the Single Origin Bundle and it's been a treat to brew at home.

What's stood out even more is the customer service. Mark took the time to walk me through brewing tips tailored to my exact setup, and when I came back weeks later with more questions about equipment, he was just as helpful. A small business that actually responds like that is rare.

Overall, great product and a team that genuinely cares. Happy to keep ordering.

I am thoroughly enjoying Balance coffee, it’s by far the best coffee I have ever tasted and to know its mould free, mycotoxin free and packed with antioxidants and polyphenols is a game changer.

The coffee is fine. But the customer service is lower than low. I do not wish to anyone to deal with them.
First, on they page they offer 15% discount for firs order. I ordered, but they did not give me the discount, but complementary coffee and mushroom elixirs.
Second, my order supposed to arrive
on Monday, did not. Arrived on
Tuesday, but not my order, instead of
3 bags of 1kg and complimentary
gold roast, I got 3 bags of 250g
coffee and complimentary darkfire.
I wrote them, no answer, called them no answer.
I opened bag of complimentary darkfire, as I needed coffee, the order was late 1 day already.
Got answer another day, to send again all details to another email.
I did. Mark told me to return that order and they will send my one.
I wrote that I opened 1 bag of complimentary darkfire and offered to pay for it, if I have to.
I returned that wrong delivery.
I was asked to return my complimentary gold roast, for darkfire, that I opened.
I said no, I keep my original order, not going to do once more all the hustle of return process.
But Mark insisted that return it, because it cost less to him.
I had so much stress and spent so much time, to fix their mistake.
And still mot done.
James, you need professionals and responsible humans, that do not ask customers to fix their mistakes.
One of the worst shopping experience I had.

I'll copy here the email i sent them 2 weeks ago with no reply. My first question - your social media and web search returns suggest that your coffee is certified organically grown. I can't see any evidence of authentication that this is the case. Is this coffee produced by certified organic growers?

Great tasting coffee and great service

I recently experienced a communication problem with Balance concerning a previous order which caused a level of frustration on my part however, Mark worked hard establishing what the issue was and dealt with this in a professional manner. Balance is my sole coffee provider so I want them to do well and stay in business. All is well now.
