I have been ordering cakes through Bakingo since really long time !!! And have tried many of their cakes throughout the menu many I have ordered on loop still have to say they taste exact the same all times I order!!Till this I haven’t faced or experienced any issue with cake or the taste !!! Keep up the work Bakingo

Cake is delicious and sweet My family loves to have bakingo cake always.... But delivery team is not working properly... They have to improve their delivery... But I love their cake

I ordered a birthday cake for my nephew from Bakingo, expecting a timely delivery. Unfortunately, the site falsely showed the order as 'out for delivery,' but the cake never arrived. It was extremely difficult to connect with customer support, and when I finally managed to, the warehouse response was rude and dismissive. This ruined the birthday surprise and was a disappointing experience. If you're looking for reliable service, I’d advise you to consider other options before ordering from Bakingo

Very Very bad experience with Bakingo.... worst company and cake and delivery is vvvvvv poor.
I would like to let everyone know that please do not order cake from here. Delivery is very Poor... they dont have any system.. they dont give delivery boy number to contact.... I should say.. this Bakingo should close.
Please do not order anything from here .. they make your occassion wrost trust me

I wish give a zero star. It is a pathetic service by these people. Almost a scam to take up the money advance and waste your time and energy and not deliver in time and no refunds offered. No apologies. Reasons like cannot locate the pin code and no response on whatsapp chat. Further the tracker never updates itself. They keep giving excuses for a simple cake delivery. Very very disappointed. Advice not to order from them. Perhaps a local vendor can do a better job.
