Very Bad experience. I had Ordered an cake from Bakingo and it was supposed to deliver next Day. But on next day They are saying we can't deliver the cake to this location. I mean website itself not able to figure out the deliveries.

Very bad experience. During delivery they damaged the cake. Customer care told they will deliver the cake by 10 PM. They did not deliver it and next day told that they will give 50% of the amount as Bakingo credit.

They could have told this instead of telling they will send replacement and I would have ordered new cake from some other place

Very bad service , our cake came 2 hr late after calling 100times to customer care. They spoiled my event cale was melted bt they dint take any responsibility for this. It was really very bad experience . My daughter’S 5th biirthday got spoiled because of them

Order late by 1 hour from scheduled time. And ruined my party! Evryone awaited and for 1 hour without any reason..

Horrible disaster experience with bakingo...had ordered a cake on mother's day..dey did not deliver d cake till 11 pm of 12th may...wen wanted to cancel d order dey did not receive d call and did not refund my money

bakingo is not reliable at all , they delivered 7pm cake by 9 pm, instead of enjoying party, I was occupied in calling customer care, really bad experience , got cake only after few guests had left, pathetic experience, and this is second time it happened.

Damaged cake delivered for my parent's Anniversary. Worst experience with customer service. Beware before using this site. Save yourself from hassle and ruining your loved ones' precious moments.

The cake does not get delivered inspite of getting a message that the cake is delivered. When u call the customer care- it takes 10-15 min to track the delivery guy. This is the 2 nd time we faced the same issue. Pathetic service.

First of all, birthday persons name was missing even after messaging them twice. Cake was displaced from position. So, overall it just ruined the party day mood. Not happy at all as well as not recommended.

I was looking for a portal to get the best cake, and I found Bakingo. I had the best experienceo with them, and the cake was incredibly delicious.
