Lost My Box – Case Closed Without Any Solution
I had a terrible experience with Worldwide Baggage Services. They lost one of my boxes (shipment reference WBS24R230M52), which contained my son’s belongings. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue, they closed the case and refused to help.
I provided clear evidence and contacted them several times, but they kept denying responsibility. Once a company signs and accepts a shipment, they are fully responsible for its safe delivery – yet they failed to do so.
This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I strongly advise others not to trust this company with their shipments.
