I have used the company previously for gifts and found the service and products excellent. I requested specific cufflink for a birthday gift requiring a photograph supplied by myself. The cufflink arrived promptly. However, there was a small discolouration likely caused by adhesive which spoiled the overall effect. I contacted the company and was almost immediately promised a replacement for the faulty cufflink with a very kind apology. I received the response within less than four minutes I estimate. Legends. This was time sensitive due to upcoming birthday and greatly appreciated. I could not have asked for better aftercare service and the cufflink without the flaw is exactly what I requested. I have no hesitation in recommending Badger and Brown. 👌👍

After placing my order I have received only one email to confirm my purchase and i even paid for next day delivery but after nearly a week with nothing showing up for my purchase. I have still received no communication or any response to my emails and now that the event has passed I've emailed to say I no longer require these cufflinks and i would like a refund and yet still no response. So I am now taking it up with my bank and will be filing for fraud and when this company finally get in touch and refund me i will take down this post but until then I would not recommend them

I cannot praise highly enough the customer service I received from Badger and Brown. I contacted customer service and had a reply almost immediately. The problem I had was resolved quickly (even though it was my error). The product is absolutely amazing. I will definitely purchase from them again. Thank you so much Badger and Brown.

Process of uploading a personal engraving and selecting sizes etc was super easy, email confirmation of my order came through immediately after purchase, and was notified 2 days later that the item had been completed and was shipped. Arrived next day!! Really impressed with the detail work, the design I uploaded was fairly complex and the quality is great! Thanks very much, will be using you guys in the future and would recommend.

I placed my order with Badger and Brown a few weeks ago. I ordered some turtle cufflinks for my father for Father’s Day. He is very pleased with the quality and the look of the product.

Unfortunately the product got lost in shipping with Royal Mail, this was a bit frustrating. I will say though that using Royal Mail is in most cases the best shipping company and I think that I was just unlucky in this case.

Badger and Brown customer service were really helpful, sorting the shipping of a new set of cufflinks out.

Overall very pleased with the purchase and my dad is very pleased with his cufflinks. would use the company again.

Ordered cuff links next day delivery for a wedding present. Pricey next day delivery but it seemed worth it .
No communication at all. I have chased this delivery and had no response .
Very poor customer service and no product has arrived , it’s been well over a week.
I will have to claim on my credit card no arrival of goods which is a real shame

I paid for 48 hours delivery so it would be here for Father’s Day. Still not received. Had half arsed emails and still not received item.

Hi I have rung this company 24 times today between 10 a m and now 3:30 pm. I placed an order on May 31 for a money clip it had to be engraved. I need it for the 13th of June when I go on holiday it’s a special present for our 20th wedding anniversary for my husband. I’ve also emailed the company at least six times and in each instance I have got no reply. I just need to know where this money clippers please can somebody call me or let me know how I can get in touch with a human thank you very much.

Ordered some cufflinks last minute for wedding anniversary but forgot to put on speedy delivery.

I sent enquiry to see if this could be changed and they arrived in time.

Hi ordered engraved cufflinks and tie set on Tuesdayl 3rd june and paid for next day delivery

Despite several emails enquiring where they were and asking for tracking no we gave no response
Today 9th June postman handed us letter which said parcell at post office need to collect because sender has not put ant postage on it and will cost 7 pound to collect this was at 12.30pm and sorting office closed at 10am. We fly abroad at 4am tomorrow and these were supposed to be a gift

I ordered back in January for my sons 16th never had an issue fast service and arrived quickly, I had an issue with the ring I bought recently so I contacted them to see if they could help , they went above and beyond to respond and resolve the issue quickly , they offered to replace my item which I was extremely happy about overall fast effective service they are not scammers, I want to thank Chris who I dealt with for his efficient service and excellent communication, item was received this morning thank you again

Excellent quality product. Fast delivery. Good comms. No complaints from me. I've just seen quite a lot of bad reviews on this company but in my experience they were 5 star. Would 100% recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

It’s a scam guys! I’ve ordered my fiancés cufflinks for our wedding and never received an email confirmation. I’ve emailed, sent messages and even called just to found out they blocked me on social media

I havnt recieved my order. I need it for my wedding and have had silence when trying to call 23 times, no answer. Emailed around 8 times... had no apology just that it'll be in next week? That was last week.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. COMPANY ONLY CONTACTED ME ONCE I POSTED A BAD REVIEW. BLAMED ME FOR NOT ENTERING MY FULL ADDRESS, EVEN THOUGH THE POSTCODE AND DOOR NUMBER WERE PROVIDED, WHICH WOULD BE ENOUGH IN THE UK. WHOEVER MESSAGED FROM YOUR COMPANY TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY, REPLIED WITH LAUGHING EMOJIS. GENUINELY FELT LIKE I WAS COMMUNICATING WITH A TEENAGER. DONT EVEN KNOW IF I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK.

I ordered a place of ivory cufflinks for our 14th wedding anniversary. I paid for 1-2 postage which didn’t make the deadline. When I raised it I was told the order could not be found. When I questioned it, I was reprimanded to immediately for doing so pointing out ‘technology happened’. My order was simply cancelled. Having read other negative reviews, it would appear the general theme is that Chris is always on his high horse and rather fancies himself as a mark of excellence in customer service. He lacks basic etiquette in dealing with customers which clearly shows his inability to be a true businessman.

It’s not about the positive reviews it’s actually about the negative reviews I’d worry about as even one is a mark on one’s business is a sign of failure and not striving to hold a good reputation.

Very pleased now he didn’t get my business

Because Afaya, it's technology and believe it or not, technology can go wrong...... You can see from the order confirmation there is no product showing, it's very odd.

However, I've found your emails quite aggressive and there's no need for it, so with that in mind I have issued you a full refund and you can purchase elsewhere.

My emails were not rude and simply because I didn’t greet you didn’t mean I was aggressive. Same token by saying ‘ kind regards’ doesn’t make you politer.

there is no justification how you treated me and the long protracted email re-informed everything I said about you being or a high horse.

All you had to do was look at my order and let me know what had happened. Refund request was reasonable. You addressed it in a wholly inappropriate way.
