The Baby's Den Arvostelua 

Ordered 2 Bugaboo products from their website. Received no confirmation correspondence or delivery details, called a number of times and left voicemail with no response.

I never received this item, and yet I have received 2 emails asking me to review it. I sent an email to this company asking for help since I’ve never received a shipping confirmation. I never got a response from anyone regarding this.

The website description on the item I ordered was very accurate and as expected. The quality Is superb and I am happy with my purchase. The only problem is that it took a long time for the item to be delivered and the online tracking system through Baby’s Den was not working. The website browsing experience was not very pleasant because it took forever for the Baby’s Den browser to upload the images making it difficult to navigate through the site. I checked my internet speed and all the other websites were loading fine, so it was not a technical issue on my side.

Miserable customer service. Never answer the phone, when they do it unprofessional and unhelpful. How hard is it to actually ship the product I ordered online? Why make me jump through these hoops? This is not the kind of business I'll be buying from again.

The staff were very helpful. They readily informed me the item I purchased was out of stock, and they would inform me as soon as it comes in. However, I found out on other websites, this item was discontinued. I can't wait because my baby is growing so I asked for cancellation of my order. They honored my request. I appreciate the good customer service and smooth transaction.

Item never came. Nobody will answer phone or email. Having to dispute this with my bank to get my money back.

I never received this package. I emailed you and nothing back. Can someone please contact me to discuss?

I shouldn't even comment on their customer service, because they don't have any.

I bought a duo extension set for my Bugaboo Donkey2. Paid ~$30 dollar more compared to the other sellers because the set they have included a rain cover (with picture and description in words on their website). And then, we got the set, NO rain cover.

Tried to call, email, write on their website. No one answers my phone calls nor returns my voice mails or emails. Finally, TWO WEEKS later, someone replied my 5th or 6th email saying they will look into this. Now it's been another TWO WEEKS and I haven't heard anything yet (despite my multiple requests for updates). Maybe their company operates on MARS and signal is not really good there?

For future customers, please PRAY that your order doesn't go south.

Will see how this goes.

Update Aug 11, 2020:

Couple weeks ago customer service finally responded. Apologized for misleading info on their website but offered NO resolution. No refund no return nothing about the missing rain cover. This is fraud and they should be punished.

P.S. found a lots of similar bad reviews on their customer service. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM!

Have not received product or order updates at all. 3rd time being asked for feedback on an unfilled order/experience unfortunately.

Awful. Paid 35 dollars for OVERNIGHT SHIPPING as a EMERGENCY BOTTLE PURCHASE for my newborn. I still haven't received the bottle. Its been over a week. I've called and emailed. Every time I call I get the same woman. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

So I put in an order for a car seat a month ago and the order was STILL pending. Mind you, I already ordered the matching stroller and basinet and they arrived weeks ago.
Trying to call and cancel was another hassle entirely, I sent countless emails and voicemails with no response!!!
I will NEVER try to purchase a product from this site again, I highly suggest no one else tries to either.

Did not receive my item!!!!!! And no one from that store will do anything about it! No one answers my email or phone call. If I could give 0 stars I would! What a waste of money!!! And they won't refund me either. I'm contacting the BBB and going to call my credit card company if I don't get a phone call from them soon!

Wish I could review this item But still to date have not received this item. Have attempted to call multiple times, left multiple messages and have emailed. Your company has yet to respond. Very disappointed in this company

Horrible experience, the product I ordered (a car seat that is of course essential) ended up being out of stock from the vendor. No one ever emailed or communicated that to me. I had to reach out when I never got a shipment notice over 2 weeks after placing order. The representative told me the issue but just kept repeating it was out of stock, didn’t offer a refund or any solutions. I asked for a refund and to cancel the order then and was told that would be done In 48 hours but of course have yet to get confirmation about the cancellation or any credit to my form of payment.

I order 2 times they take my mony and not send me my order

I ordered a product and then received an email from your team shortly after, letting me know that the color I ordered was no longer available. They asked me if I’d like to change my color choice. I responded and said no, because I was actually just looking for that one particular color/pattern online, so I asked them if they could please just cancel the whole transaction. They never responded, and I sent 3 more emails over the last few weeks asking them to confirm that they did in fact cancel my transaction. Still no response. I’m waiting on my next credit card bill to see if I was charged. But I wish your team had responded to one of the multiple emails I sent! There were several people copied on the initial email that was sent to me, and I made sure that they were all copied each time I reached back out. But still, no one replied. Unfortunately I won’t be using your website in the future.

They don't return phone calls. They shipped the wrong item after sending me a pic of what I wanted, then they refuse to exchange

My order was cancelled, but I wasn't told why. I had to call twice to find out that the item was not in stock. Frustrating experience.
