The Baby's Den Arvostelua 

I am waiting almost a month for my order. I wrote three eMails, left a message on the AB - no reaction at all. And I am still waiting, wondering if our daughter will be grown up until Baby's Den reacts.

Great prices. Fast shipping!

I placed an order over a week ago and none of the 7 emails I have received since from Baby's Den has a tracking number or any indication as to when my product will ship let alone arrive.
This is 2020.
This is inexcusable.

I ordered an item. It never came and all I received was ratings on the customer service. I left 10 Messages. Sent multiple emails and nothing.

Never received tracking information for my order. Not even sure where my item is ? Tried contacting Baby's Den multiple times by phone and by email with no response. Terrible customer service !

Item showed as "in stock" but was unfortunately out of stock. Good communication to inform me of the issue and offer a different item as replacement. Would shop with them again, but disappointed item was out of stock.

Never received our order, after numerous emails and attempts by phone no one has made any attempt to contact us. Telling all our friends not to use this vender, Notified Project Nursery not to market their products through this outfit. If i could could give them less than I would.

I haven't been able to get any response from Babysden regarding my order which never showed up. I've emailed them multiple times with no acknowledgement at all.

Products were supposed to be here weeks ago. Babyden won't answer the phone, return phones calls, or respond to emails. I was surprised to get this request for review, I figured they were out fo business. My last email to them was to cancel my order, which they should have dine weeks ago after apologizing for not being able to get me what I ordered. (Still no response)

They still have a hold on the payment in Paypal, god help them if they actually try to bill me and send the stuff now; I'll be doing the return in person to Brooklyn, to the owner's home, or wheverever they're working out of.

Placed an order of donkey 2 stroller extension set online, wait for 4 weeks and still have not get the product. I start to contact the baby's den via email and phone. But no response. No one answer the phone and I tried at least 20 times.

Worst online shopping! Have to file a dispute to get the money back!

Order not received; no response received from baby’s den on any queries either directly or via PayPal.

I was billed for my complete order even though one item was never shipped.
I called the store every day a few times and left voicemails. No one answered or returned my call. I messaged on instagram and 3 email addresses repeatedly, and still no response. Terrible customer service.
I am still trying to reach them for a a refund.

I ordered it and never received a notice of shipping like they said they would send me. My order was supposed to take 5-10 business days to process. Three weeks later, still nothing. Called customer service a number times and each time no one picked up and no one called me back. E-mailed, also no response.

Unfortunately it is more than a month that I had ordered a piece and I have not heard anything about it. I called the help line and no answer at all. Please inform me about my order # 100042638.

I have had a very hard time reaching customer service for this company. I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago now and have received no other updates. My payment is still pending in PayPal. I feel like I have to stay on top of it every day because if it gets pushed through before I get my item and I don’t get a shipping notice, I have to then cancel it and file a dispute. But I cannot file a dispute while it is pending so I’m kind of in limbo and it sucks. The item I ordered is out of stock everywhere else and once a couple of weeks had gone by with no communication I realized it was out of stock here as well but like I said for some reason my payment is still pending and I have received no other communication or response to my inquiries. So irritating.

First time customer, ordered an item that turns out is not in stock. Takes them over a week to issue a refund, which is yet to be issued. No answer from the customer service.

Haven’t received the item and I ordered on September 24th. I’ve called twice and emailed and no one has responded!

The customer service is awful.
Ive emailed and called and left messages various times regarding an order thats over a month old and no answer. I check the tracking and still says pending although ti was meant to have received it ages ago already.
I have no choice but to call my bank and cancel the order.

My experience with Baby's Den has been awful. I order a product and never got an email to tell me it shipped. I finally sent an email to customer service to get a status and all I got back with a very short email stating the product is out of stock. To this day the product still shows up online as in stock. I have since called, emailed, and texted. I have gotten no response from anyone at Baby's den. Horrible customer support.

I ordered a Mamaroo swing for $230 an it accepted an then the next morning I got a email saying my order had been up dated to canceled an to “F*** off” ! NEVER ever again will I order from Babysden the only plus is I did get my money back but other than that I will not order nothing else from here!
