You never sent the product that I ordered

The worst company and service a complete fraud
I never recieved my order or my money they stole from me and never answered any of my emails
Im filing a police report for being a total scam and fraud .... please dont bee fulled and never buy from this company !!!!!

My order was cancelled without being notified.

Still have not received my order. Received notice of shipping, but fedex shows that the label has been created, but Baby’s Den has not actually “shipped” it yet. Tried calling Baby’s Den and have not been able to get through or get a return phone call. If they offered a zero star choice I would’ve chosen that, but it was not an option. They charged my card right away even though they are not supposed to charge until the item actually ships.

I never received the item I paid for! I have tried emailing and calling this business and there has been no response!

Fast shipping very good product it’s worth it thanks but I never received my last item

$700 order placed, payment was pending for 1 week then dropped off my card. No order confirmation. No response to voicemail or email to company. No product received.

Oh it’s so perfect. I looked everywhere for this carrier. And the packaging it got here so quick. Wish they werent sold out of other parts of the collection.

I placed an order one week ago, and have not received any order confirmation or shipping status. I sent an email to inquire about this a few days ago, and have yet to hear back from anyone (and this was after I tried to call a couple times and was on-hold for so long I had to hang up).

I placed an online order over 2 weeks ago and have not received the item or a status update as to if or when it will be shipped.

I placed an order over a week ago and am yet to receive a confirmation email. The transaction is still pending in PayPal. I have sent two emails and received no response. Really rather frustrating and I assume the item was out of stock at the point of purchase from looking over other people’s comments on here. They should really update the website, respond to customers and not take money under false pretenses. At least I bought with PayPal so I will get my money back, in time.

I've tried for two months to get in touch with someone from the company. I ordered a very expensive stroller. Never charged (hopefully never is) and never delivered. I am so disappointed in this company for false advertising and no response to customers. Never order from here.

This item never shipped

I found an amazing deal on a Doona with extra accessories from Baby’s Den. I ordered off their website and paid using PayPal. Baby’s Den authorized my payment by the next day, but did not take the money (as others have had the problem). I waited over 2 weeks, but never received a shipping email. I started calling, leaving voicemails, dming on Instagram and sending emails with no response. They called me one day asked about my COVID supplies order and after I told them I had ordered something else, I was hung up on and couldn’t get ahold of them again. I started sending them 20-30 emails a day and finally received a response within 3 days. I was told they were out of stock and didn’t know when they would be back in stock. I’ll be cancelling my order and ordering from somewhere else. I’m super disappointed in the customer service and wish I hadn’t been allowed to order an item OUT OF STOCK. If this is due to COVID then I’d be very understanding, but it’s simple to update a website to let customers know you’re out of stock.

I asked to cancel my order when I was notified that the item I bought was out of stock. Instead I received the item in a wrong color.
