We're pleased to hear that you were happy with the quick delivery. However, we're sorry to learn about your experience with the delivery driver. We understand how frustrating it can be when a parcel is left without waiting for confirmation or a signature, especially when you were at home at the time.

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention and for choosing Babyfair. We truly appreciate your custom and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

Hi Lesley,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We're pleased to hear that you're happy with the mattress overall. Mattress firmness can be a very personal preference, and we understand that, in hindsight, a firmer option may have been a better fit for your needs.
We really appreciate your feedback, as it can be helpful for other customers when making their choice.
Thank you for choosing Babyfair. We value your custom and hope to have the opportunity to assist you again in the future.
