The bed itself is great
The bed itself is great - now that we have it set up with all the correct components.
When we initially received the bed, it came with the wrong size of headboard. After feeding this back, sending pictures, measurements, and pictures with measurements, we received a new headboard - which was the same as the original headboard. Fed back again in the same way, and out third headboard was correct. This process took longer than hoped but we go there in the end and all of the people I dealt with along the way were helpful enough.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I purchased a bed for my daughter on the 22nd of March, and after opening the box, we realised we were only sent half the bed. I raised my concerns with the company and asked if the matter could be dealt with urgently as we were moving into our new home and our daughter would be without a bed. We’ve been given false promises and excuses now for 2 months, still with no avail. Our 2.5 year old daughter has been and is still sleeping in a travel cot. Absolutely nothing is being done about it. At this point I’d rather a refund to purchase elsewhere. It’s so disappointing as I know my daughter would’ve loved the bed so much. Shocking!

I had a very challenging experience…
I had a very challenging experience with Babyfair which took several months to resolve, and at least 3 replacement beds/parts were sent as a result.
I am happy with the final outcome and hope that quality assurance measures have since been tightened to prevent this happening in future, as when in order it is a good product which I could not source elsewhere.

I would give Zero stars. Complete scammers. They took my money and didn’t deliver my bed. I’ve chased them for 2 months now! I’ve given them two days to return my money- I doubt they will as they said they have sent it to the “refund department” to which I said can I have there number and they said no. There is no refund department. I will have to go through my bank to claim back the money. My 4 yr old son has been left without a bed for months. Do NOT buy from this retailer unless you want to be out of pocket hundreds of pounds!

Got an ottoman with the anti fall sides. Couldn’t recommend enough!
My 2 year old moved from a cot straight to a double bed.
I’m 16st and I frequently get in along side my 2 year old.
Sturdy bed.
Would recommend a quality mattress as options from baby fair not the best but other than that 5* from me!

Two Beds & Matresses, Bad Customer Service
I ordered two single beds and two single mattresses in February for my two boys. From placing the order through to delivery, the service was flawless. The bed frames were easy to assemble and appear to be of lovely quality.
Unfortunately, the mattresses have been a major disappointment. The quality does not match the standard of the bed frames, and one of the mattresses does not fit the bed properly as it is too large, causing it to bunch up and create waves when placed on the frame.
I contacted customer services shortly after delivery in February and was advised that they would look into the issue once I provided photographic evidence. I supplied the photos as requested and followed up several times, but despite this, the issue remains unresolved. We are now in June, and I have given up trying to get a solution.
To add to the frustration, I was also promised two complimentary gifts as an apology for the delays and lack of response. Unfortunately, these have also never arrived.
While the ordering and delivery process was excellent, the lack of after-sales support has been extremely disappointing. I would not order from this company again, as based on my experience, if something goes wrong, you cannot rely on the issue being resolved.

Really helpful, we ordered both of our children’s beds.
Literally the next day we received an email asking to confirm the colours and then a few days later a delivery date came through.
The beds were really easy to assemble and then a few days later we received a call just asking if we were happy with them.
Both of the kids love them and so do we they are absolutely beautiful and very well made.

Great product
Great product, with smooth ordering and delivery. There was a slight defect with headboard when it arrived but Babyfair dealt with this very quickly and delivered a new headboard within a few days. Overall very happy and will be purchasing another bed for my youngest.
