We got a small double bed with safety sides for our toddler. The bed is beautiful and was so easy to put together. Very impressed with the quality and the service, well worth the money.

Aboid at all costs. Absolutely disgusted with the service
Absolutely disgusted with the service. After 3.5 weeks our two ordered beds were finally delivered, however the delivery drivers were absolute con men. Tried pushing us to pay them £50 per bed to put them together, my husband politely explained he would be fine doing it himself. They then stated my husband would struggle because they were ottoman, my husband again explained he knew what he was doing. They then left and conveniently all parts of the ottoman were missing from both beds. We phoned the delivery men and they stated they would check if they had the parts on board, they didn’t phone us back so we phoned again, and they confirmed they had the parts. They told us they would try to return with the parts that day, if not it would be Sunday or Monday. At 8pm the same day we received a phone call from them saying they could deliver the parts but it would take 1.5 hours for them to arrive and would cause them a 4 hour round trip, they then implied we would have to pay them if we wanted them to bring the parts that day. I refused and stated I wasn’t paying them when it was their faults they hadn’t delivered all parts of the delivery. He then said we would have to wait until the following Saturday, another week. My husband put the beds together just without the ottoman parts and my daughter cut her knee on a sharp piece of metal that was sticking out of the footboard. I emailed baby fair with details of my daughters injury and the issues with their con men delivery drivers, all I received back was an apology and a fake promise that it would be priority to get the missing parts, yet over week later and the parts haven’t even been dispatched, yet alone delivered. Avoid this company at all costs!

Really disappointed with the product
Really disappointed with the product. Did not arrive as described. Parts have been altered but it’s still not correct. The mattress is like a water bed my daughter complains about it being uncomfortable.
The communication is so poor. We have been emailing to resolve the issue but no one returns our calls or emails.
It’s come to the point that we would just prefer a refund now.

Amazing quality bed!
I recently bought a ‘mickey’ bed from baby fair and the whole process from ordering to delivery was super fast! I even messaged them less than a week before it was due asking if I could change the colour that I’d originally ordered and they didn’t think it would be possible but when it arrived they had infact changed the colour that I ordered! Would highly recommend my toddler loves his new bed

Avoid them, they are scammers!
Instead of delivering the mattress that was ordered, they send a poor-quality imitation and offer absolutely no assistance with exchanging it.

Plus non transparency on assembly policy which made us have to assemble the bed ourselves as the bulky items were blickibg commun areas…
This all and the bed quality not treat and we are now stuck with it as you have non returnable and non refundable policy…

Really really happy with the service
Really really happy with the service! I wanted to customise the colours more than what the website would let me so emailed to see if this was something that they could do. I had a very quick response, placed my order and the bed and mattress was here exactly a week later!

Awful experience
Awful experience! I purchased a frame and mattress. The mattress was too small for the frame and terrible quality. There was a considerable gap between the frame and mattress creating a safety risk for my toddler. I raised this with their customer service, which is non existent post sale. I was unable to get past the AI platform over a month later and they repeatedly failed to respond within timeframes they provided. I eventually raised a CC dispute which resolved the matter and sourced a mattress from elsewhere.

bubblegum double bed
We bought bubblegum double bed and my daughter absolutely love the bed , it is low enough for her to come in and out easily, it is sturdy and the side rails are high enough for a safe night sleep. The material is lovely, the delivery was smooth and the customer service is very considerate. Overall we are very satisfied .
