Perfect first bed!
My daughter loves this bed, it is super comfy and looks beautiful in her room. As her first ‘big girl bed’ the little sides on it are perfect for stopping her from falling out but small enough that she can still climb in and out herself. We will be buying another one for our younger daughter once she’s big enough!

I am extremely disappointed with this…
I am extremely disappointed with this mattress. It is advertised as orthopedic, but it provides very poor support. I can clearly feel the springs through the surface, making it uncomfortable to sleep on and completely unsuitable for anyone with back or spinal problems.
I feel that this product has been misleadingly advertised. I am now having to provide evidence and prove that the mattress is not as described just to request a refund. This experience has been very frustrating and disappointing.
I would not recommend buying this mattress.
This company simply misleads its customers. They advertise a mattress as a high-quality product with an inflated original price, then show a huge “discount” to make it seem like you’re getting an amazing deal. In reality, the mattress is of very poor quality and feels like a cheap product. Now I have to spend my time sending multiple emails just to arrange a return. A terrible experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this company.

Worst company I have ever dealt with
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Stay away.
Delivery took ages anyway.
Hard to contact them nobody knows just get passed around and wait times are 20 mins minimum been on the phone for 56 mins now.
Delivery eventually arrived and was damaged. Slow response again nothing is easy and straight forward with this company. They should be coming to me not me to them as the bed is back with them and delivery refused

I found this company by word of mouth…
I found this company by word of mouth and as other people I've found this company faultless. Order my two mattresses for the toddler's and found the delivery excellent. Perfect. The mattresses ordered have been great and the kids love them. Angel was fantastic when I needed a bit of advice and helped me out immensely. So...a big thank you goes to angel. So.. would I go anywhere else ...no..this is the place to go instead of going to the high street etc. It's all here. Perfect quality.. perfect service.. everyone is happy.

Good quality & choice
Simple process to order and many options to choose from.
Delivery timescale was rather poor annd I was left chasing this up. However this was chased up by the team in good time. All packages arrived very well protected. Easy to put together and looks fantastic! Would certainly purchase from here again for our next bed that we’ll need soon

Really disappointed
All I can say is that I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company. The customer service, the bed, and the mattress have all been extremely disappointing.
Firstly, regarding the delivery, I was initially asked to leave my property to locate the driver as he was unable to find my address. Upon arrival, the driver informed me that he would bring the items into my home; however, he later withdrew this offer, stating that he was being monitored and was running behind schedule, and therefore could only leave the delivery on my doorstep. This placed me in a very difficult position, as I was alone with my baby and unable to move the items without assistance.
In addition, I was informed that only the mattress was on the delivery vehicle and that the bed itself had not been included. When I questioned this, the driver responded in a dismissive and discourteous manner, insisting that the bed was neither on the lorry nor at the depot, even after speaking with his supervisor.
Secondly, the bed slats do not fit the frame properly. The bolts located on the sides where the headboards attach are exposed and pose a significant safety concern, particularly for a child.
Finally, the mattress I purchased from the company is of very poor quality. It does not even fit the bed correctly, despite it being the mattress that was specifically recommended to accompany the bed.
Overall, the quality of both the products and the service has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this company to others.
