Babeina is sending unauthorized email comms
I placed an order with this company via Etsy in 2021. In the past week, they have started sending me emails. The thing is, I never opted in for marketing communications, so this is an absolute violation of CAN-SPAM. Also, I placed an order through Etsy, not their site, and I never messaged them. They took information from Etsy and, without authorization, began violating the CAN-SPAM act by contacting me and subscribing me to a list I didn't implicitly sign up for or give my consent to them for. I received the first email on 9/20, then 9/22 and another one today.
And I shouldn't have to go through the process of trying to unsubscribe from something I never signed up for. Total violation of privacy. I actually like the product I purchased through Etsy, but based on this move, I will not be making future purchases. not cool at all.
