Mionza sell fraudulent jewelry.
Purchased this bracelet Oct 25, 2025 delivered Nov 5, 2025 for my baby and it broke in half. The baby was not wearing right away up until November 19th. I Paid a lot of money $310.85 to be exact( had a chance to look at my receipt). Patiently waited for this disappointment to be delivered to me; for a cheaply made bracelet I could have purchased at Walmart for a better quality. I love going to etsy to support small businesses. But never again. Mionza customer service team are extremely rude, defensive, unreliable and committing fraud. Their excuse was they have over 2,000 purchases therefore it is my baby's fault for their cheaply made bracelet to have been broken. Maybe this time your business messed up this bracelet. The engraved metal is extremely soft and extremely bendable. They did not even try to fix their fraudulent bracelet or refund me back the money. I will be reporting them to BBB.

Very pleased with the baby bracelet
Very pleased with the baby bracelet! It’s so dainty and shiny. It took a little over a week to come, but it was worth the way. It looks absolutely beautiful on my granddaughter.

This company is an absolute waste of money
This company is an absolute waste. Please do not waste your money! They advertise the complete opposite of what they send you. I received a customized “solid” gold pendant that was thinner than paper. The pendant was bent, heck a paper clip hold up better than the pendant. And when I tried to get a refund they would not honor it. I left a negative review, and they got upset and deleted my 1 star review. They keep ask the good reviews so others can fall victim!!!
