Ich habe die Ware bezahlt aber leider nicht erhalten. Das habe ich Ihnen im Dezember bereits geschrieben. Sie haben bis heute nicht reagiert. Das Paket war beschädigt, dass hat DHL bestätigt. Ich habe die Ware nicht erhalten und bitte um Rückzahlung.
Da Sie nicht reagiert haben, müsste ich einen Antrag auf Käuferschutz stellen.

Everything was as promised and I received them in a timely manner.

It’s been a whole week and the product hasn’t shipped yet.

It’s the holidays so this is very concerning. I even paid for upgraded shipping.

I got the locket but never got the email for the picture to put in the locket

Its going to be a great christmas gift. Came on time and the picture is perfect inside.

Everything was great. The only part less-than-perfect is that the chain extension is different than the main chain, so if it slips around front it would look bad. But the chain is lovely.

I loved my pieces from babeina and I’ve shopped here multiple times! However My last order one of the pairs of earrings looked like they might have been used previously before me because the post of the earring was black. I work at a jewelry store and I know when our plated studs get worn for a little bit of time the earring posts will be the same colors as the ones I received:(.

Ho ordinato una collana con il ciondolo in cui era possibile inserire due foto. La collana è arrivata in una settimana ed è in perfette condizioni. Le foto sono piccole (ho scelto il locket mini) ma si vedono bene.
Al mio ordine è stato anche aggiunto un regalo da parte di Sabrina, due orecchini molto belli.

I have been trying to return my package even before it was delivered and it has been a solid week of trying to get into contact with the Babeina support team and still NOTHING! I've sent three emails and two texts with no luck, I'm debating if I want to just send the package or wait to make sure I don't lose both the necklaces and my money! Please DO BETTER!

I loveeeee my necklace so much it’s absolutely beautiful and is shown in a few of my recent tiktoks (@dxreax). The quality is amazing I’ve showered with it on and it still looks perfect it did take some time to receive a tracking number and for it to get delivered but the product makes it so worth it:)

I placed my order on July 3rd + it hasn’t even been shipped yet as of July 19th. Furthermore, customer service will not respond to my requests for an update. But you want me to do a survey? Utterly disappointed.
